Hi see that was the Problem I remember getting an email of fastech when I bought it then my tablet broke and all my emails were gone, I do have the order number on my PayPal as long as it comes I don't mind it's just I didn't know you had to wait months if it had a battery as I would of bought from uk , but you live and learn and really I should of realised

I ordered an istick, took about 4 weeks. I've ordered batteries, they come overland carried by a backward walking donkey. I've got ages to wait for them. Seriously, don't worry. It will be here in a week or two. Folk getting stuff in a week or so is an exception, not the rule

O no I'm not bothered about a month it's just I didn't realise it takes a lot longer with a battery my fault should of used my head first , I just wanted to find a status as it's good to have a back up

Iv just realised the first account mustn't of worked or I wouldn't of been able to open another in the se email address, does this mean they just ship to address on PayPal ?? That all I'm worried about if I know it's coming I don't mind

If its a tablet i'm assuming gmail ?

G-mail stores your mail in the cloud and you access them on your tablet or phone.

Unless you have deliberately deleted the e-mail it should still be there somewhere.

Sign in to your account and 'refresh' or 'sync' your inbox. Or sign in and search your mail account for fasttech.

Its been common knowledge for a long time that batteries have to be sent by land, 2 months is the average wait, if you're ordering batteries and other stuff split the order so the batteries travel seperate, they wont then hold up the rest of your gear.

Lesson learnt, sit back and wait, it'll be a lovely surprise when they turn up

I've come to realise that ordering stuff from FT is a bit of a lottery when they ship it. I have about 3 orders waiting to be dispatched and one of those was on 3/3 for a Smart 30. The website says ships in 7 days, which when translated to Chinese means "We don't have it in stock and may be next year before you get it". I have ordered stuff after the 3rd and it has arrived. So you pays your money and you take a chance. But it will arrive eventually. But by then it will be the year of the whatever after Sheep or Goat or whatever strange beast it is this year.

I've just received an istick 30. ( yesterday ) It was 5 days before they posted it and took only 9 days to get here. It was sent Malaysia post...so you can't always tell

Seems from others that FT are shipping quite quickly at the moment, so you might get a pleasant surprise. I'm waiting for a couple of atties and other spares, they left just over a week ago, so could be here any day.
It's a lottery, but great fun ramping up the excitement when you get home each day to see if the little yellow envelope is waiting on the dining room table for you

The Smart 30 hasn't shipped yet. It still says Full Payment Received as it has done since 3/3. If you look on the website at the item it says Ships in 7 Days, as it did when I ordered it. So they clearly don't have it in stock and never did. But are expecting a lorry load at some point in (probably distant), future. But that's Fasttech

Stop it! I'm getting right frustrated! Restocking wooden box mods, zeniths put back r 23rd and yet..... I've just put in an order for other things!
