After a bit of investigation of the VTR last night , OK I mean , I took off the top plate off last night to have a look.I've found the that making a replacement to difficult to make.I didn't realise that the top plate also included the outside screen . When I put a 22mm tank on the rest of the mod it fitted perfectly. This has lead me to wonder if the VTR was originally supposed to take a 22mm atty and it was to difficult to manufacture the top plate , as the screw holes ( on the top ) were to close to the end of the top plate , so it was amended to only take a 19mm atty.If the top screw holes were closer to the adjustment wheel the plate could have been a lot easier to make it take a 22mm or above atty. I know and I've seen people take off the ring and part of the top plate to allow a 22mm atty to fit and I may try and get a second hand one to do this with.I'm just very surprised that this form factor has been left in the dark as far as being updated for the most popular atty size , especially in a VV/VW mod. There are mech mods with this form factor , and ONE mod VV/VW ( The Helix ) . Having said that , the problem that I've seen with the likes of the Gizmo just as an example , is the more enclosed format of the atty , means if it gets stuck on the 510 connection ( which I seem to do to often ) it's VERY difficult to get out , it's still a lovely looking mod though. The Stig Helix is a beautiful mod , don't get me wrong , it's just the price is way to high for me , as they are high end mods in small numbers. Here's still looking. Andy

I've looked and found out that it's about balancing the build to get the vape you want and I just can't seem to tone it down enough to get temperature and flavour I want , I guess I'm to lazy to get it just right.I know I could get a kick for it but obviously it's a little lacking in the watts dept plus you have to take the mod apart to adjust. Not much detail on the web for the XvoStick but what I did find suggests that it has the screen on the bottom, where it would likely to get damaged if put down on to grit or such like on a table surface. Seems very strange design to me. Anybody got a site with plenty of info.
Edit Found site on another thread

Edit Found site on another thread No different to the VS DNA's. The screens have a Perspex cover over them so you'd never damage the screen itself

Neither of mine are particularly scratched and they're as easy to read as the day I got them. The Perspex cover is recessed by about 1mm.

After my latest E-Liquid purchase , I need to accelerate this , like maybe this weekend. So , what I'm looking for again is a regulated mod , at about 50 watts ( I can't see me needing more , but never say never ) , uses 18650 batteries that can easily be changed and reliable. NO , Greg , you CAN'T mention the Clouper Mini again , lol Andy
