It will be my first go rta and that's the reason I want it now iv heard the sub tank can get a little warm .is there anything else I'd like around 1 ohm or 1 .2 ohm what is the lemo drop like please ?? I want something with one coil please that has good flavour and not a massive tank I'm fine with around 2ml 3ml please ?????

To my mind, the Lemo Drop and the Subtank Nano hold more or less the same amount of liquid. One is tiny, the other is massive*. *massive in comparison to what I generally use. Both are very, very, nice vapes. The Lemo seems better at higher power and the Nano can be turned down quite low and still work - unlike the mini Nautilus that was useless (i.m.o.) at lower power. Next on my list is probably Subtank mini (for the RBA). Going to get that in the UK as the Fasttech saving is pathetic.

Subtank mini doesn't get warm unless you up the watts and restrict the airflow. Far better than the Lemo IMO.

The subtank nano isn't an rta though it doesn't have the rba deck only the full size or the mini do :-)

I'd want to use the rba at around 1 to 1.4 ohm anywhere in between I'd be happy at. I know what kanthal I need for 0.5 ohm wraps etc but what kanthal would I need for that please ,I think mine is 30 not sure what mm as I was given it. I just need to know what kanthal and how many wraps and what size screw driver to wrap round for the 1ohm to 1.4ohm anywhere around that please as I'm going to go for the mini and I may as well get the other stuff at the same time thanks

You see people have such different tastes because I was told by one person not to use the rba in the mini and build my own coils because it's better but that's not an option at the moment I want to use the deck, I'm sure it must be good because lots of people use it

I'm a total Lemo nut have 5 of the little suckers and prefer them over the Subtank Mini but i think in this case the Subtank Mini would be the one to go for. The reason i say that is you are just starting to rebuild and while both tanks are about as easy as it gets to build on the Mini has the edge that you can get to the build deck without having to drain the tank so if you need to rewick because you're getting gurgling or dry hits or something you can fix the problem easier. Having said that the Lemo was the first RTA i rebuilt and i've never had any problems like flooding or dry hits. But to be on the cautious side the Mini would be a better option if a problem did arise. 7.5 wraps of 28awg kanthal around a 2mm rod/screwdriver should get you about where you said you want you're ohms resistance at. www.steam-engine.org/coil.asp?r=1.2&awg=28&id=2
