Blackjack concentrate separating?

Maybe it's from some older stock minime this has the EXP: 24/12/2016

The replacement conc I was sent was fine

Bet that's it because my old stuff always used to separate, the newer stuff just goes cloudy when you shake it.

Anyone adding ethanol?

Use a good quality Vodka dagl . . . . that'll have the same effect as Ethanol and you're more likely to have some or be able to guzzle it afterwards.

Ethanol & Cola just wouldn't do it for me.

due to the strong flavour it is prone to splitting & does so more if you are mixing in a higher VG ratio, we use the same concentrate in our pre mix 60PG/40VG & have to regularly mix this throughout the process even though it is a higher PG ratio. We also use an emulsifier to help with the mixing process.
