I don't think they are allowed to prescribe them until somebody manufactures and tests them to medical standards, I could be wrong though. I wonder why nobody has tried to get them passed as a quit smoking aid yet, surprises me that pharmaceutical companies haven't jumped on the band wagon, yes they would be competing with cheaper products and suppliers but I am sure there are those that would prefer to get them prescribed than save money??? Having said that, I don't want that to happen really, because then the government could pass legislation to limit availability to medically approved ecigs only

Tried another new juice today Freedom Vape Coffee - now that is nice. I wouldn't vape it all day as it makes me want to drink fresh coffee but as an after meal vape its just delicious it really had the nice ground fresh coffee flavour, sore gums aside this is so enjoyable trying the new flavours am very, very slowly realising I do not need to have tobacco flavour all the time. I am still totally enjoying being nastie free, just think how when using them it was always the same flavour year in, year out and never thought how daft that was. I think I read that government is going to make a decision on e-cigs in March 2013.

Sadly the adaptor I ordered from Liberty Flights doesn't work - fits of course on the Riva but its to big for the Gamucci. Phoned and spoke to Erica but unfortunately she can't help as she ( as do most people) have no idea what thread the Gamucci is. Oh well I have 4 ( I found I had another one) batteries for the Gamucci so will use up the cartomisors I have left for it - around 20 at least.
I am going to have to go sparing on my Gizwalds Vanilla Tabac as I have put the last in a cartomiser and even though I think its been sent it hasn't arrived and post has been today - I guess two packages was the limit for the postman.
Got to see about a box today for storing my E-Liquids in as I am now proud owner of 9, which considering I only found about about them a couple of weeks ago is not to bad, and have 3 more ordered. Up till now I have just been throwing everything into the Riva box but 30ml bottles are to big to stand up in it and its getting rather full between liquids and cartomisors and have got the atomisor and cartridges ordered now as well so need something bigger.
Is there any special type of box anyone recommends - wood, metal etc or is anything ok so long as it has a lid and no holes? I have got a plastic medicine box that has never used would that be ok?
Just going to try Liqua Original smoke Juice tobacco flavour and see what that is like.
Have a good day everyone and I hope your valentine remembered you, here we usually forget as its our oldest sons birthday ( not how I planned on spending Valentines day that year).

Remebered it's Valentines Day and sent text this morning, Red Rose bought, card with Fluufy Kittens, and a love songs mix CD created with a cover with hearts and my girls name on. M&S Valentines dinner bought and a bottle of Prosecco chilling in the fridge, table laid and new candles ready to light. With a bit of luck after doing all that I'll "get lucky!" ................................................. Well I am a bloke!

Hi Prep, i've got all my stuff in a couple of toiletry bags at the moment. I would like one of those small plastic toolboxes with the lift out compartment on top? I've used them before for craft supplies and you used to be able to pick them up quite cheaply in Woolworths. Not sure where to look for them now though? (note to self - check the spare room for redundant craft supplies in toolbox, then re-use toolbox for vape supplies!) Joking apart, i do have one somewhere but the lid is broken so would like a new shiny one for my new shiny supplies!
For out and about I've got a neoprene camera case that I got out of B&Ms for about £1. you can get a couple of Riva batteries in there plus spare carts and a small bottle of juice!

I found screwfix do them, with the removable compartments, they also sell all different sized compartments for them too. Too expensive for me though, they did have a 10 compartment organising case that wasn't configurable for £2 though, gonna go to the one round the corner and have a look at it, if it's suitable I'm getting a few www.screwfix.com/c/screws-nails-fixings/storage-trade-cases/cat840244EDIT: Actually this one looks good... www.screwfix.com/p/forge-steel-20-compartment-organiser/43827

I had one similar to that Gordy and I'm sure it was around £3 from good old Woolies! May have a look in B&M this week see if they have anything!

I have put all my kit in a old unused medical box this is just a blue and white box with a safety lock so little fingers cannot get into it. Not having a handle is the problem as not so easy to move around but it will do till something else comes along, also no separate compartments so everything is all higgledy piggledy inside it. Not sure if will get out shopping before next week but when I do will keep my eyes peeled for something better, something where I can keep everything separate so no diving in to find bits.

Don't know if its the sore gums but at the moment my taste buds are playing up and everything tastes urg apart from one juice - Liqua original smoke juice, tobacco flavour. Even my favourite vanilla tabac tastes urg at moment. Can't say what flavour the Liqua tabacco flavour actually tastes like but its doing the job, keeping me happy with vaping and that is what counts. Got new juices today including the cherry cola which I am dying to try but think I would be better to leave it a few days until my taste buds sort themselves out. Past few days I have found if I fill up a cartomiser that is lasting me all day without topping up and battery is lasting me about 3 days now, where it was only lasting two days before. I got my atomiser and empty cartridges from Jason today so will use them in future to try out new juice instead of ruining a cartomiser. He also kindly added another drip tip so that makes two I have now

Cannot believe I have had my Riva 9 days now, it feels like I have had it forever. Just a bit disappointed I cannot seem to find an adaptor to use Gamucci cartomisers with it, but its not a big problem when I fancy the taste of them I just use the Gamucci, as batteries still give me 2 hrs power. I have found when I do get a big craving for a nastie I will grab the Gamucci rather than my Riva and it satisfies me. This weekend I wasn't sure I wouldn't fall as hubby is away ( went Friday) and also would have been my Mum's birthday yesterday and yes I did want a nastie quite often but never bad enough to go an actually buy any. I am using the Gamucci less and less, not every day now and the Riva battery is lasting me just over 3 days with me filling up the carto once a day with 18mg ( some 12-18mg) e-liquid. Yesterday and today I have only vaped Gold and Silver its just hitting the right spot . I find I sit and hold the riva in my hand a lot far more than actually using it. I have found I vape different e-liquids depending how I feel and now have a nice collection ( all 5m/ /10ml bottles - 11 different flavours and just bought one 30ml bottle of Gold and Silver. So far only bottle I have actually finished was a 5mg of Vanilla Tabac. It seems almost every day my tastebuds are changing and what seems just right one day doesn't the next. I did get some VG only - Home Counties and it is nice but a bit to much vapour for me. From this week I am actually ahead money wise so money that would have gone on nasties is going to be saved Apart from maybe a SD keyring for out and about when I want something that can be kept out of sight I and some more juices as I need them I don't seem me wanting to spend a lot on kit. The LT and other things are to big for me, but of course early days I might end up an ardent vaper yet. Just wished I had found vaping sooner as Dad who died last summer was an electronic engineer and when we cleared out his home we gave away so many voltage meters and lots of things that would have done for modding. There was so much we were able to outfit two electronic depts at two different universities. He would have enjoyed building the perfect mod. I just wish I had found you all sooner as I would have saved the money I spent on gamucci cartomisers and would have been ahead sooner. They are £6 for 3 and I used 2 a day before my Riva and never knew about reusing them. Those makers must be making hand over fist when you think how much e-liquid really costs. I think I prefer LR cartomisers rather than SR cartomisers but got myself totally muddled over which I used when I enjoyed vaping more - at moment I am using an LR and its fine, but will have to try another SR to be sure. I have just been reaching for a new cartomisor ( before realising I should try out new liquids on atomiser) and totally muddled them up. The problem each one has had a different liquid in it so need to put say my G&S into an SR as well so can really compare. So one very happy oldie here, who says you cannot teach an old dog new tricks
