Right next question where will I find the adaptors - have had a look at a few sites but only seen ones for putting 901 carts on 501s and like nothing about a 4081 thread - help
Also for first time since stopping I actually want a analogue, just hit out of the blue, so no intention of buying any, don't worry, I don't even think its the nicotine its just want an analogue, so using my Gamucci to full myself as I can have a good old drag on it which I cannot on the Riva, not without choking myself anyway. I don't think Gamucci battery cuts out at all, so can suck like mad and its helps, just flattens the battery quicker. I knew there would be times like this and guess I have been lucky not to be hit by this sooner.
Alvoram happy to be your mate, we are both starting this path at same time so great to have a mate to help. Glad you got your Riva, it is different isn't it from the lookalikes but still so enjoyable.

Liberty flights do them, if you wanted a to put a r4081 carty on your 510 that is. Thanks, had not looked there, as not got round to looking at that site yet for e-liquids....you are getting quite the expert . Well I blush to say I ordered one but being a bit cash short till next week that was all I ordered - I don't do credit and never have so credit card is a prepay one so I can only spend what I have no debt, so only had £3 left on it till next transfer goes on, but if anyone from Liberty Flights is reading this I promise I will be back with a bigger order ( all my orders have been around the £11 - £12 mark for e-liquids), sorry no one is going to make a fortune off me. Adaptor is such a tiny thing I just hope the package doesn't get lost in the post. I must say I have been grateful for the discount codes and free delivery from some places, you are fantastic people offering that. Just had some cherry brandy again after the reg tobacco with gamucci and do you know it even tastes better after it. Craving for analogue has gone, phew. Hubby did say if I really wanted one he was quite happy to pop and and get me a pack as he doesn't want me suffering as he only expected me to cut down not stop. Said thanks but no thanks I refuse to go back. ? Is using lower going to give me less of a hit - I am not sure if its the nicotine or the flavour that is doing it? At moment I am using Med strength which seems to be fine Oh gosh I always seem to be asking more questions, but still not got my head round everything fully yet. OH yes one more question my daughter is off on holiday on Tuesday and usually brings me back plenty of analogues, can she bring e-juice back if she was to see any or would customs make her pay from bringing them back into country. She has said she is willing to have a look for me. She is going to Los Palmas. Thanks everyone.

The longer you vape instead of smoking, you should find that your taste buds come back to life Prep . . . so you'll be able to taste the hopefully lovely flavours of your eliquid all the better! If you feel nicotine ' satisfied ' with your current strength, then I'd stick with that for bit . . . 18mg is quite a happy medium strength. I'd be surprised if there were any Bricks n Mortar Vaping Vendors in Los Palmas . . . but you never know, I'd ask your daughter to bring you back some nice smellies instead.

Next week I am joining the Womans Institute, been to one meeting and enjoyed it - nice mix of woman from 18 - 102 and I intend to take both my Gamucci and Riva and see what they say., should be interesting if nothing else. I will not just sit there and vape, I will put it on the table in front of me and wait to see if anyone asks what it is. I know a few of the woman smoke as after the meeting as soon as they were outside in the carpark they light up. I am deliberately taking both as the Riva can be a bit of a culture shock when you are a smoker, and more likely to put people off trying it.
Have been trying the Vanilla Tabac from Grizwald, just bought sample size and have to say its perfect, definitely will be ordering bigger bottle. It makes a perfect vape for after dinner as I always liked my cigarette then, so want something with a good strong flavour and throat hit and this satifys this the best out of the e-liquids I have bought so far, even my beloved Cherry Brandy ( that also was a sample so will be ordering bigger one). So that makes 3 flavours I really like, other is Gold and Silver from Safercigs. At moment its strong flavours I am finding best, but no doubt as you say Perpetua my taste buds will start to work again properly and in time delicate flavours will taste better.
Thanks everyone with your patience with my questions and ramblings

Preps, as the Riva gives far more vapour & throat hit, you will find it so much more satisfying if you don't direct inhale. Just sip on it & hold the vapour in your mouth for a second or so before taking it back into your throat

Preps, to me it sounds like you still prefer the Gamuccie? If so, it will be interesting to see how you get on with the Gamucci cartomisers on your Riva. They should more or less vape in the same way as on the Gamucci.

Your right Chrissie, althought its not the actual Gamucci, its I just had continued using it the way I used a cigarette so have now added the drip tip to the Riva and finding it easier to actually vape properly as it feels different in my mouth so reminds me and yes can feel the hit nicely now after holding the vapor in my mouth for a few seconds and not to much vapor escaping

Today has been much better- am actually just holding button and letting vapour build up in mouth, no sucking at all, holding in mouth for a few seconds then either swallowing or blowing out. At home I don't mind blowing out, but outside I will most likely swallow so as not to bring to much attention to myself with the vapour. Still have odd moments when I forget and treat the Riva like an analogue but less and less. Its just relearning and with each mouthful of vapour stepping more and more away from smoking. Having the drip tip on has made the difference I must admit, as doesn't feel like an analogue where as the cartomisor did ( it didn't bother me having it in my mouth and I never found it got to hot to be uncomfortable). So got get some more vanilla tabac as it most definitely is my favourite although did I read somewhere people get their flavours tailored to them, as I wouldn't mind a bit more of a vanilla flavour in it, but then again tastebuds might continue to improve. Also I will invest in more drip tips, not looked at them yet. Do all sites say if they are suitable for 501s or can I just buy any? Still cannot get over the battery power of the Riva as am still using first battery, that is over 48 hrs now. Also found the weight is fine, yes heavier than my gamucci but not so heavy or big to bother my hands even with the pain when it comes, so am very, very pleased about that. It was my concern that due to pain I might find I have to go back to gamucci or horror analogues, ok not had a bad flare but the longer it stays away the more and more used I will be with Riva and not want to go back. I had wanted black but Jason didn't have one, but now got to admit I really like the gold with the black cartomisor on it. I have also found I prefer to use it without the gold cone cover on it, can't explain I just seem to get a better hit without it on, but if I use it outside I will put it on as it does make it look nicer hiding the threads. Thankfully life has been( dare I say it) running fairly smoothly at the moment, no big stress around, nothing anyway more than normal so it will be a test when that happens to see if I feel I want to go back to analogues then. The fact that I picked up the e-cig and went straight onto it I hope would stop me, as the transition was easy this time, I cannot see it being so a second time if I slip, so I must keep that in mind to try and stop any slipping. Mmmm tomorrow must get hubby to go and put some money on credit card as I am almost out of the Vanilla Tabac as using it all the time just now, it really is on par with my gamucci regular, yet of course tastes different but its satifying me but it it 20mg where as all my others are 18mg so that could be the reason. I don't want to order 24mg as that would increase my nicotine levels and I want to eventually come off nicotine. Must look and see if any other flavours are 20mg. Just checked my e-liquids and I see the cherrypipe is 20mg as well, both are Grizwalds So one very happy vapour here

Preps, don't put yourself under any pressure - there really is no need to with an e-cig Also, don't worry if you feel you might need a higher nicotine content for now, you can always cut back at a late date

Your doing really well Preps I've been vaping Griz Vanila tobac all weekend, it's one of my favourites. if you like this then i think you would like 'Black Cat' too, i've got some coming, hopefully, tomorrow. The last juice I ordered from Jason, I got him to do it at 15mg for me which has been fine so I've taken a bit of a gamble and ordered Black Cat in 10mg. if it's not strong enough I'll just have to vape more, lol!

Well first battery just died, very impressed with how it lasted. I don't want to hijack justjj thread so will mention about our stop smoking help here. I am lucky as where I live our stop smoking help is from the Roy Castle Lung Foundation - a charity - not the HNS. Their view is anything at all the stops you smoking that is less dangerous is good. They are willing to look at other things apart from those approved by drug companies. I know someone who used to smoke 40 a day and is now still smoking 20 and been going to them for 2 years and she told me they have never once put pressure on her to quit completely. They have backed her every step of the way even if she has just gone down by one a day. Unfortunately with less money around they only give you full time support now for 6 months but you can go back after 6 weeks and restart your 6 months and meanwhile if you are using any of the nicotine replacement they write to your doctor so they will give you it instead. Girl I spoke to says she hopes that one day they can at least offer cartridges ( can't see them ever offering the e-liquid as I think would be classed as to dangerous) to those using e-cigs. Although when I told her the price of the starter kits she was impressed and said that wasn't to bad. Obviously if you pay per item on prescription you would have to see if it was worth it ( I have a prepay as basic medication makes it worth it so would be worth it for me)The even gave me some inhalator's as back up. They are phoning me every fortnight just now, but I can call them any time and meeting are dotted around the city every day if I feel I need physical support. I don't know if as time goes by I will come across someone working for them who is not so knowledgeable but so far they all seem to know about e-cigs and approve. Maybe some suppliers should consider getting in touch with them.

That is so interesting Preps, sort of confirms the reason for the different attitudes from the drug company funded NHS quit clinics.
