...still exist?? I was looking for a vendor in the member's list (couldn't find them, onepoundeliquid/freshcig have now found them) and noticed that many of the vendors listed had either:- 1. made no posts at all 2. not been online for over a year so it got me wondering.... 1. how many are still active vendors i.e. still trading? 2. how many have deserted the forum due to our shopping habits moving ever-increasingly china-based? 3. is there an easy way of admin "tidying up" the number listed as members? group e-mail or similar? just putting it out there for debate, mods feel free to move this to a more appropriate section of the forum if needs be

Chrissie did have a ' blitz ' not so long ago GJ - we also tend to de-vendorize as when and needs be. Currently there are 216 Registered Vendors on the forum . . . . With a further 171 Unregistered Vendors who have joined the forum and either not applied for Vendor status ( it does make you wonder what their motives were for joining in the first instance. ) or who we have rejected for various reasons, some being: Drop Shippers Wholesalers Illegal T&C's Non conformity to the legal requirements for online selling.

I'll have another blitz However, if they are still trading, I'll still leave them in the vendors group, even if they haven't ever posted on the forum. Reason being is that if they do turn up & start posting & advertising outside the vendors board, we can spot them & take action.

Okey dokey, I've been through the forum vendor group & removed the vendor status of about a dozen of them as their websites/ facebook pages were no longer live.

would seem prudent while it's fresh in the mind ...but I would also, at this point, refer to my earlier statement

I have noticed over the few years i have been on here that vendors tend to join up at the start of there company opening and post quite a lot but as they get busier they have less time for the forum. Due to having so many companies on my facebook for my blog i know a lot use that a lot more than forums due to the whole sharing side of facebook i guess. There are a lot that use instgram as well. We then tend to see the company back when they are having a closing down sale. Personally i have far more respect and tend to use the companies that spend there time still posting on the forum even if they are not the cheapest. Those companies always have better customer service.
