as the OP issue was solved over the weekend and replacement items sent rest depends on RM it could take 1-3 days for the items to arrive

have a bit of patience mate they will get to you .

yes it does take a bit of time to reply to all the emails we receive and I mean we get hundreds on a daily basis

but they do get answered.(mostly at a silly hour when i'm free like now )

as already stated its best to call between 12pm-5pm Mon-Fri if you have any urgent issues

You do get a lot of recommendations from members on this forum so would be nice to resolve this too, I'm sure it will take away any doubt any might have
