This thread has made sad. I don't buy a huge amount of stuff, but it has been mostly from myepack. It would be a shame if people start having problems on a regular basis with them. @kopiert, sadly there has been at least a couple of other threads about myepack's lack of replying to emails I've had words with them in the past & they have put it down to problems with receiving emails & being very busy.) In so many ways they are a good vendor, but their lack of communication is very poor.

Took me a tag here, fill form out on their site, e-mail then 5 calls to get an answer for a return. Returned at my cost on a faulty item BTW.... I'm quite busy myself you know. I'm not biting my nose off, there are plenty of great vendors out there. Had similar problem, i paid for Mvp 3 to be returned as thread was knackered. Thought I might get some type of voucher for postage cost, but alas nowt. To add insult to injury the firing button fell off new Mvp 3 after about a week of use, couldn't be ar..d to send it back again.....superglued it instead. I still buy from them though, good prices and quick delivery, just a shame that getting a response takes some time.

Still not had resolution from a non delivery over a year ago, agreed probably royal fail fault, but at the end of the day the package was returned to them and despite numerous emails and phone calls nothing. Don't agree, until it's in my hands it's the vendors problem, they choose who to use and take the hit, that's business.

Comes with the lottery of posssible being the unlucky one to get a faulty item I suppose. I except that from China but the savings then are worth it.

I said that the wrong way, royal fail stated that they had tried to deliver the item but the recipient refused to accept it!!!
It was then returned to myepack who have never replied to my emails, phone calls at the time were occasionally answered but at no time have I had any discussion of a meaningful nature.
What I meant to say in the post was that the original problem was royal fails, but all the subsequent issues have gone totally unresolved or even addressed by the company.

Not your problem you entered into a contract with the seller then the seller entered into a contract with Royal Fail, they sub-contracted delivery and it is up to them to deal with any problems that arise from that. The lack of comms is the worst bit, thing go wrong sometimes and it is how vendors deal with these situations that separates the good, the bad and the ugly.

Various posts in this thread state that myepack were too busy to reply to emails - DOING WHAT!!? Surely the most important part of being an online business is answering emails and keeping your customers happy! I have used them in the past, but am saddened to hear that their attitude to communication is woefully inadequate. There are other vendors out there that may be taking my money from now on - get your act together Myepack, and quickly, before you lose even more custom. You might have good stocks and great prices, but that counts for nowt if your customers are unhappy bunnies!

I must just be lucky. I emailed Tuesday to ask when 25r's are back in stock and got the reply this morning. Not gloating or anything, just hoping my luck holds.

Could it be that pre-sales are more profitable than after-sale tim, kinda of makes matters worse IMO.

I'm saddened that you haven't replied to the thread @chrissie there wasn't a need to reply to the thread 5 hours ago as the OP issue was solved over the weekend and replacement items sent rest depends on RM it could take 1-3 days for the items to arrive have a bit of patience mate they will get to you . yes it does take a bit of time to reply to all the emails we receive and I mean we get hundreds on a daily basis but they do get answered.(mostly at a silly hour when i'm free like now ) as already stated its best to call between 12pm-5pm Mon-Fri if you have any urgent issues
