Fasttech are probably cheapest, if you can wait a while. Make sure you get decent ones though.

If it's from FT, "Authentic" means genuine. Efest are ok. Don't know what are the best 18350. Ordering them is safe. They send by air-mail now apparently (not sure if that costs more), so it is quicker than it was.
