My only suggestions are pretty tricky to get to and I'm not entirely sure there are vape friendly pubs there anyway. But Fowey and Falmouth are my 'safe places' and I can think of few nicer places to sit and enjoy a pint, especially at this time of year when the weather will hopefully be ok and the invasion won't have reached its peak.

Fowey is lovely, the walk back to the car park is a bit of a killer. Chrissie, myself and daughter had a lovely day out there last year.

Newquay is nearest airport *-SARIN-*, or you could just fly over Truro and St Austell then look out for the low clouds near the railway line

Just to add another idea - The Packhorse Inn, St Blazey, It's just a few yards from me & about 10 minutes walk from Par station - but I could pick anyone up from there. It's a rather basic pub, & so is the food, but it's cheap & good. Plus, last time I was in, they were selling e-cigs from behind the bar.
