The pre-approval is needed to be able to SELL e-cigs, not to buy them. This is surely a good thing, preventing rouge vendors selling us rubbish or dangerous items?

I thought e-cigs had been on the PP prohibited list for ages, so if IIRC OneDay is right and this sounds like a relaxation of the rules.

Notice what else is in the category, I read this as They are going to allow medical ecigs, if they are approved (by MHRA I presume)

Just had an email: Ctrl+F and search for 'e-cigarettes'. The relevant section is at the bottom.
They're rewriting the guts of it all. I think just about everything is affected, not just our vapes.

TBH a lot of the stuff that i buy doesn't really state anything that might cause PP to think that it's e-cig related. I paid for a tank the other day that was listed as parts and paid to a laptop repair company. Plus i paid with a credit card via PP so i could still get the cash back if i got ripped off. Never fear fellow vapers, China will sort this issue out it it starts to affect their £££'s.
NB. I know that the guy that runs M-Vapes had torrid time with PP and their terms of usage.

I don't think most vendors would unduly mourn not having to use paypal and pay their fees/put up with random account freezing/automatic refunds to the customer pretty much whatever the circumstances etc etc if it was to happen. Everyone offers it at the moment because customers find it easy and given a choice probably 9 out of 10 would use it rather than something else so there isn't much point offering a choice. There are however plenty of other reputable services available to process payments on-line.........

Other similar services that i've used are good if not better but are just well less known.
