This is the first and last time I pay two snd a half bucks for e packet shipping. Ordered on the 5/5/15, all items in stock, ships next day, eerrrrrrrrr still waiting ! My last order only took 11 days without the extra shipping cost.

Think Fasttech may have got clever with this. I've ordered goods, some of which have had seven day waits and they still have offered the ePacket option. I've taken it hoping that when they get the goods they will be shipped quicker. But a couple of orders have now slowed up considerably. Perhaps they are offering it on more orders now regardless of the stock levels. Mind you it seems a lot more of FT stock seems to have 5/7/10 day delays on it these days.

I send out our post in work 2nd class on Fridays, it never arrives before following Wednesday, yet it seems FT can get goods here from China in about the same time, come on Royal Fail pull your socks up. (and my total postage comes to a lot more than $2.50)

I am very impressed with the ePacket I ordered an Istick which was shipped Singapore post on the 5th May as the ePacket option was not available for batteries, I then made a 2nd order of a Protank, drip tips and some bits and bobs which was shipped on the 16th May. BOTH parcels arrived this morning the first one took 17 days the ePacket took 6 days!

a week from order to delivery for an epacket that arrived today - HOWEVER, as per the focal thread about stating full $ value on the customs declaration, this epacket had full $ value on it..is this a worrying trend (for larger orders) in general i.e. on normal postage, or is it just the epacket that FT are doing this with ??

I'm probably gonna be in a minority here, but I kinda miss the old ft orders arriving..... Stuff you'd forgotten about, stuff you'd forgotten you'd ordered, stuff you don't remember ordering, stuff you don't know why you'd ordered it...

I'm with you there dagl. The anticipation/forgetting is part of the fun for me with a FT order . . . . saying that, decided to put the ePacket service to the test. I had an order dispatched on Saturday, if my goodies arrive too quickly - I shan't be using it again.
