Hello again peeps!
Now over 2 years since I applied a source of ignition to a tobacco based product
Of late I have been vaping a mini protank II, and using kanger emow batteries
my juice is a valley xxxmint now watered down to 3mg although 0 actually satisfies
my batteries are coming to the end (6months of chain vaping whilst driving)
so what next?
should I just get new batteries .....or
What are dual coil heads and what is the advantage over my current gear?
I note the forum is raving about the istick30watt will my protank fit this battery or is their a better option
................basically help please

Thanks for the links....(I am already a regular and happy client of Ash)
why that particular clearomizer?
I suppose what I mean is why is it better than any other?
As I need new batteries very soon I was already looking at the istick and a new clearomiser is not a problem in the same order. how long will the istick last? can it be recharged whilst only partially discharged, and how long does it take to recharge?
thanks everyone for your help

Gratz on the 2 years, and you KNOW what I'm going to say next.... You'd better buy TWO so one can always be on charge

Mainly must admit, because it's one of the latest ' toys ' lymmranger . . . . and it is a really enjoyable tank set up to use for a change, although not one I personally use exclusively. Like you, I still enjoy the Protank, as dated in some ways that is now. The Sub Tank also comes with a RBA deck, so if you wanted to try your hand at rebuilding, that's also doable . . . . although the OCC heads aren't so difficult to do either. allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/50953/kanger-subtank-occ-rebuild-guide?page=1&scrollTo=886449allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/50745/kanger-subtank-mini-build-guide?page=1&scrollTo=883229Yes, the iStick can be charged whilst there's still some juice left in it, how long it lasts will depend partially on the treatment it gets I guess - they've not been around long enough to give you any accurate feedback on that . . . . no idea how long they take to charge, stuff like that I never pay attention to. It's done when it's done for me.

with the kangertech subtanks you have 2 options buy coils in a cartridge of use the rebuildable cartridge and replace the coil/wick as per the link above, im waiting for mine to be delivered so am not 100%sure but i think it comes with 1 of each types of cartridge.
for a sub ohm coil the wire i use is 0.4mm or 26awg depending on how its defined by where you buy it (awg is the us method of measuring wire sizes)

The mini comes with two OCC coil heads that you can just screw in and vape and the RBA section comes with a coil already fitted and another spare one so all you need is to wick it with some cotton (which it also comes with).
You won't need to buy any extras for a few weeks or so at a min (if you look after and dry burn to clean the RBA coil it'll last months before you even need to use the spare). The OCC coils will last at least a week each.

Sounds like an error in assembly, but now you've solved the leak you've got a burnt wick.
Swap it out for another, leave to "soak up" the juice for 15-20 mins then use... make sure you start off low with the wattage and build up... hammertime isn't good for new wicks
