I stuck with you when you had the problem with the Smok 80, I trusted you and allowed you to hold my money whilst the problem was resolved, I didn't back out of the deal (like most others) so I would appreciate the same commitment from yourselves.

I've already given the collected order number list to our relevant staff to speed the process. i just confirmed that all the refund of cancelled order of Kanger Subtank Plus will be done within today. The order status will turn to "refunded" and then the refund will be back to your Paypal account within 2 days.

Because of this error coupon code incident, GB decided to gradually cancel the coupon code system of E-cig devices. It means we will directly provide the best price on the product page. But it will take a few days to finish all the change, so i will post the changed product page everyday here to inform all of you. But there will still have some products that need coupon code because its price is set by our supplier, if you found the price of the product that you want to buy is very high, you can PM or tag me to ask whether this product has coupon code.

Sorry again for the inconvenient and please see our sincerity that we value all our customers.

Looks like I dodged a bullet on this one! I had two in my basket even though they are a bit big for my needs but had added a cloupor mini and a few other bits and pieces but hadn't pulled the trigger. Went online tonight to do it and looked back here first. I've binned the lot and can safely say that Gearbest won't be getting any business out of me. Good luck all with the refunds and shame on you Gearbest. For the numbers involved vs the amount of spend the members here put the way of Gearbest the smart move would have been to honour the contracts of sale they entered into.

I'm glad it's helped you isabel22 . . . . and I thank you for your assistance in this miserable state of affairs.

However, if a customers payment is immediate - then similarly any company's refund ought also to be immediate.

So I'm going to press you further on the time Gearbest are taking on issuing refunds to customers, who find themselves in this situation, through no fault of their own.

I doubt you would have any further satisfaction despite being right about contractual obligations, the vendor is in China and may have different cultural or business ethics than that of a vendor based in UK who would honor the offered price. It's a shame they didn't honor the deal, it would be great PR for the company and I wouldn't have had any objections to giving them my business.

I don't think refunds would have been as swift if it hadn't been for the intervention of Perpetua and her ability to "press" the vendor for a speedy return of peoples hard earned. Take a bow Perpetua, on this occasion the AAEC enforcer. It certainly gives the members here a sense of security that when their back is to the wall, the mods are prepared to get involved and back the members when there is an injustice being done.
