Why the cloak'n'dagger? Just publish the recipe like everyone else does! Because A I've taken a lot of time to make this rec like all of the RECs I have put up. And b its fun and a nice thing to run a little comp. C after peeps have tried it and if they like then I'll put it up only when I am happy. |

I can empathise with that - if you have a good recipe that you like, there's nothing wrong in testing it out with a few people before publishing it on the Interweb. The intrigue part was to get custard lovers to have a little comp as we all like the chance of getting avtester,freebie.
Other reason I haven't published it is the version steeping should be spot on but no point releasing something if your not 100% happy with it.
This mix is the 8th and final revision and should be spot on to what I was looking for, yes their might only be 1-3 % diff in ratios but as any mixer will tell you that can have a big difference on the final taste.
Pity custards take so long to steep.
