You've no idea the sense of satisfaction and relief phatfil when I saw that piece of garbage heading over the bridge railing into the pond. I've had my first leak free day for three weeks with two Kayfuns and a Lemo drop. Happy vaping days are here again.

fingers crossed mine are fine atm, tho since reading the woes ive ordered LOTS of the recommended o-rings so will have plenty to share with anyone who needs em and have been wrapping my fill screws with about an inch of folded over ptfe too Its a shame yours failed so dramatically striker42 as otherwise i find the goblin a great lil atty.. but pissing out the bottom like that is not acceptable, i have 2 x orchid clones that weep juice out of the air intakes so if you need some thing to fling into large expanses of water let me know and you can exercise your flinging arm with them ..

Well, this thread fills me with dread as yesterday I received a Goblin clone from, actually I can't remember, FT, Gearbest, Focal, can't remember without checking my orders. I haven't had chance to coil and wick it yet, but I'm not so sure that I want to now!! As an aside, can I get away with a single coil in it to start with , or will this just cause even more potential problems?

No, stop being a gaylord and put a dual coil in it (6 wraps of 24AWG per coil on a 2.5mm = 0.3 ohms total.), nothing major compared to other RTA's, dude i'm gonna slap ur ass next i see you. Follow the video below for Goblin Free Wicking Issues. 28 minutes+ should be of some interest!

Cant comment on gearpest or good ole FT, but we got two clones from focal and they are spot on. A little loss of focus on the base engraving, but otherwise as good as the original we got from vapeescape.

Maybe I should clarify the situation regarding the Goblin I had and the atty in general. chykensa get it coiled and wicked, I'm willing to bet you'll love it. This is the only RBA that I've had, for me, that blows the Kayfun to pieces on flavour. My action in ditching the one that I had was taken out of pure frustration, having tried all recommended fixes and some that I'll not mention. If somebody were to offer me a Goblin that was leak free I would jump at it, might sound a bit strange after my action, but frustration leads you to do things on the spur of the moment and the fact that my wife will tell anybody I'm the most impatient B**T**D she has ever met. But hey, three weeks trying, thread, dental floss, Vaseline, you name it, I even sacrificed my taifun GT by trying the o ring from the positive pin which ended up hanging out the screw hole like a piece of burst knicker elastic. If anybody is waiting on one, look forward to it, anybody thinking on buying one, go for it. I only hope that there are not too many turn up which end up leaking like mine. BTW *-SARIN-*, I must be in the Gaylord camp, I had mine at 0.8 ohm. But it was nice all the same.

Glad you mentioned about the supplied wick and wire *-SARIN-* I almost had a heart attack when I saw the thickness of it in the spares packet, you could mend fences with that!!!

Mine keeps weeping from the filling screw, I have just tried winding some dental floss around the thread whilst the screw is just caught on the first couple of threads. Just a couple of turns of the floss and tightened down the filling screw, then cut off the two hanging ends. Been standing upright for a few hours and bone dry at the filling screw
