Goblin included wire 0.1 ohm!

Hi guys. I just received my Goblin tank and did a quick build with the included wire and following the instructions included with the goblin which says 4-5 wraps per coil. I fit the coils and checked the resistance using my vamo and it came up as 0.1 ohm!! Has anyone else used the included wire and what results have they got?
To me 0.1 ohm seems very low especially given that this is following the manufacturers instructions using the included wire.

Maybe check it on something else? A Vamo won't go anywhere near that low.

I know the vamo wont fire it, it will be used on a mech mod. It should read the resistance ok though. It reads all my atlantis 0.5 ohm coils correctly. Will have a look around and see if i can find something else to test the resistance on.

Okey dokey, .1 ohms what size was the wire, 1/2" thick? lol Don't know where all the fellow Goblins are, I don't have one.

Its the thickest wire i have ever coiled with. It just seems crazy that using the included wire and following the included instructions that i get a 0.1 ohm coil. That means on my mech mod with a full battery @4.2v its drawing 42 amps! Could be a bit dangerous with the wrong batteries.

I also received a UD goblin from fasttech today in my vapemail.. it is rather stiff wire and a short length too, not tried to coil it yet..

Must be Goblin Day today. I got one from Focal and one I'd forgotten I'd ordered from Gearbest.

I hate it. Far too fiddly for me. Lost a screw instantly. Might give the unused one away in a forum competition.

sounds just like me with the nautilus mini's, 
i ordered 1 and onother turned up today that i had forgotten about  wana swap ??

Yeah, why not. I've already got a few minis, but they're always useful and I'm never going to use two Goblins

I never used the coils/wire that comes with the kit, as I have no idea what it is. Either size wise or material wise. I bin it and use what I know.

I am short of muulah, but that I can afford to do

I only used the included wire as I didn't have any other to hand. I wicked it with cotton. I was just surprised it came out at 0.1 ohm. It vapes great though.

you may have shorted the coil leg from the neg post to the center pin ,i did this on my 1st build

I've never used the included wire, but 9.5 wraps of 0.4 kanthal gives 0.5 ohm on a dual coil setup. Can take these golbins to around 45-50 W with this setup

Ooo, I've got a Goblin on the way from somewhere (forgotten who I have ordered it from!), so will just coil it as per my usual setup and forget the factory coil then!
