Morning all

Well here I am again. insomnia city . Woke at 2.30am and could not get back off then to add insult to injury I moved my right leg and had the most horrendous cramp hit my muscle at the back >. Cue jumping out of bed and rubbing it vigorously, now it is really painful to walk on. Oh well, good start to the day here then

Morning all

Toothache is not as bad as last night but it is still giving me niggles to let me know it is there I can't get to the dentist until the beginning of next week so I am just praying it behaves over the weekend. I have awful dental phobia so the last thing I need at the moment is this I am going to check what painkillers I have in, just hope there is something strong enough in case I need them.

On a plus side, my cough is a lot better though and I have no more cramp pain

Try putting some clove oil on the aching tooth. May give you some relief till you see the dentist..

Or take high doses of vit c if you have an abcess...

If it is an abscess you could try swishing with warm salty water. if you are in a lot of pain they really should have given you an apointment today. Stock up with some decent painkillers from the pharmacy (((((((hugs)))))))))
