At least when FT make a balls up they honour the price for those that paid it. Were GB to do the same then harmony and trust would be restored into the world of AAEC vaping. Admit your mistake GB, take it on the chin, and sack the IT person who fecked up. I didn't get embroiled in this fiasco as I already have a KBox, but it is quite funny.

And only just realised that they have closed my ticket on it as well so I can't even reply to it, lord what a poor show, I had been impressed with my service up until this point and yes I kind of knew that this would be a tad of a long shot that they would sell them at that price but after watching all you's with the Subtank debacle I really did think they would have sorted the refunds instantly this time.

Got the same generic message here too. Customer service at its very worst. You would think a company of this size would take the knock and deliver in the hope of retaining future business but no, they would sooner give up on future orders. isabel22 I would hope that you are relaying the feelings and opinions of people so that your customer service and your company in general can be improved for anyone who purchases from you in the future, which I'm afraid I probably won't be one.

im glad i dont use gearworst anymore but it has been an entertaining read
peps did yo really expect to get a kbox for the price quoted,come on hands up ,lets be honist
now the subtank may have been an honist mistake and peps should be give a chance to learn and change yada yadda yadddda im now never going to use them because commercial web sights flag up unusual activity ie lots off peps buying something far over its normal move rate and it should of been caught very quickly and after the subtank joke even quicker any body rem the tc dna that they canceled after a long group buy and altho i pestered them it took a week for a refund in fact it was isabel that finally sorted it and i thank her for that(not the company she works for it was my monie in the 1st place lol)
im sorry to say this but its looking like they run regular payday loans for themselves and i will not recommend them to anyone for anything

Best regards, Pearl In reply decoy, whether we honistlly expected to get the item at the price is neither here nor there. The point is, you can only pay the advertised price and on the point of being honist. This is the company that spouted that they would NOT be processing or authorizing payment but already had in some cases and proceeded to do so in other cases. This is the company that spouted that the discount code was MONTHS old when in fact the code had been advertised on the open forum here TWO DAYS previous to the members using it for this device. I was honist enough to part with my cash immediately when I clicked the "buy" button apart from the fact that you have no choice in this matter, but it then takes a little longer for the money to come back the other way. I suspect your finger of honisty has on this occasion, been pointed firmly in the wrong direction.

I was simply makeing the point that when something is to good to be true its norm for sale on gearbest My post was in no way questioning the honisty of the forum members and was only trying to make lighr of the farce i have learnt my lesson with gearWORST and im starting to hope others have

No email, just found the cancellation note in my account, pretty poor customer service imo, to not even email to say the order won't be fulfilled is a disgrace !
No refund as of yet, so 48hrs after the event GearBest are still happily sitting on our money! I can fully accept a mistake has been made yet again! But to hold the money for days after YOUR mistake makes me wonder is their another reason?
