Yup, that copy and pasted reply complete with typos is an absolute pee take.

What made them think they'd get away with it? I know the language difference must be taken into consideration, but surely they have enough members of staff who speak English well enough to at least attempt a reply? As some of us mentioned being members of a forum, did GB really expect us not to compare 'replies'? Some of us asked questions or made points that should really be addressed, but it looks like that won't be happening.

I can tolerate a certain level of incompetence, I can just about handle a company sitting on my money for something they obviously didn't have in stock when I ordered or the 'processing' coincidentally ending as soon as I chase them up. But I won't put up with a company being disrespectful. Goodbye GB.

i do understand your frustration with them as mine was the same over the dnar clone  that involved a wee bit more money 
i asked for a refund 3 days before they canceled the group buy because it was not fit for purpose and nearly 2 weeks before i had the cash back yet 5 secs for them to take it

But i hope you could take a few minutes know to my personal explanation, not as officially.

As you know, Gearbest.com is a one-year-old website, we are growing, and we did made lots of mistake. But we took lessons from them. From last time"KSPEAGB", we decided to cancel all the e-cigs coupon code. We want to provide directly nice price to our customers, but things won't be that easy. Some price are set by our supplier and we need to discuss with them to adjust the shown price on the page. That's why here came this time "Kbox". We just got permission to post directly a nice price of Kbox, but we forgot to cancel the coupon first.
Please do understand we couldn't accept all the order. You can't imagine how many orders are there.

About the customer service, they have large amount of issues to deal with everyday so they need a unified reply to the same problem. Also, they deal with large range of problem, they won't know everything clearly. So it will be more convenient for you to ask me here.

About the refund, all i can say is, we are really speeding it up.

Sorry for our mistakes, we took lessons and we will learn from it. Fully understand some of you leave us. Honestly,we deserve it. But still hope you will come back to us some day when you see our improvement.
