Tips for topping up Cartomizers with thin juices

I ordered some Paradise Vapes juices last week all lush (almost but thats for the swaps board ). Anyway they seem a lot thinner then the other juices possibly they have more PG than other juices I have tried which means that as I top the cartomizers up as soon as they start to look a bit wet the juice starts to run out the bottom, what is the best way to top them up?I'm hoping its not a case of little and often as these are my current favourite juices and they are massive bottles so don't want to be carting them about with me all day.

To top up I usually remove the end bung/drip tip and drip 6-7 drops of juice in through the small hole on the battery end and then about 4 drops of fluid through the open mouth end down the sides of the cart. Put the bung back on and hold a tissue and blow gently through the battery end to prevent gurgles and I am set.

If I am filling a freshly cleaned or empty cart I just double the quantity.

I normally transfer juices from big bottles to 5ml sample bottles to carry around.

Is it just the one carto it happens with or a few? Any chance they are full ?

You can kind off poke it down the side and poke it into the filling?

Sorry if that sounds weird but hopefully folks that have used a spikey thing know what I'm talking about

once you have filled your carto , let it rest for a few minutes then gently blow down it ,to make sure it's not flooded then you should be good to go

Is the juice really really runny, almost water like? I know sometimes mine seems to settle to the bottom of the carto with really thin ones.

I'd suggest emptying the carto and starting from scratch to see how much is going in there (if you don't know already). If it seems like a really difffent amount, like normally it takes 20 but you only get 10 in before a leak, then I'd suggest you pm jimmybat I'm pritty sure he will be happy to help you out. If your sure it's the juice and not the carto Thats why I asked if it was just the one carto ).

When I fill carts I use the Griz Whiz. It's brilliant & easy to use. Otherwise I use the condom method. Tried the spikey things but I'm not keen on those.

As for juice...I'm a paradise vapes expert lol. I wouldn't say they should be like water. Even 100% PG isn't too watery, although it is thinner than VG.

I recently had to send a juice back to James as it seemed very watery & wasn't vaping well at all. Just waiting for a reply from him. Might be worth contacting James.

i find with cartos it is little and often to get the best... i find if you try to add too much then thats when they leak... most of the time its 5-6 drips around the top and thats your lot

Im really finding these lil guys are doing it for me at the moment

Mmm thanks girls I don't think its the juices fault I think its mine I am totally hand handed lol! Gordy I ordered 4last night hopefully there will be less juice one floor my hand etc from now on

Do you carry your juices around in a small 5ml/10ml bottle Kirsty...

Did that all the time pre tank and still take a 5ml bottle out when I think I'm going to have to top up the tank at say volunteering or something...

they are leak free and ready to use right out the 'virtual' box ....so much easier to use than most things on the market right now and a fill should last a light user most of the day

I use a needle and syringe to fill my clear DCC cartos and I wouldn't use anything else. The needle goes right down the inside of the tube and I depress the plunger bit by bit as I'm withdrawing the needle; do that north, south, east and west. I can't manage it with a non-see-thru carto though.

Scylla that went completely over my head but then I typed filling a clearomizer into you-tube and voila

Now I understand, do I need to buy a blunt needle too? Will I be able to pick one up in Boots ?
