I sub ohm because the flavours of you're ejuice improves, it makes base notes pop so you get a more rounded vape. I've found that a few juices I never liked, come alive at the lower ohms.
I don't just sub though, I still enjoy the 1.8 range coils. I use them when I wake up as I find sub ohm too much and uncomfortable 1st thing.
Only my opinion but hope its a help

It's all about the clouds man...
No seriously though I find the flavour on a sub ohm build to be much better and I do enjoy the extra vapor production.
Do take into account that you will more than likely need to half your nic level and you will get through juice like it is going out of fashion!

i find sub ohming reduces flavour due to more heat and big airflow, but alot of people love it and swear by it

However, there is nearly always a sweet spot for the coil that you are using that gives the best flavour vs clouds. Bigger clouds give greater flavour but also require bigger airflow to keep the vape cool, the more airflow the less flavour. It's a tightrope man. Move onto RDA's and well, that's a whole new round of things that affect the vape.

If you want Max flavour sub ohm isn't it I have a couple of technically sub ohm builds but my happy spot is 1.2ohms fantastic flavour and plenty of vapour even though that's not a thing I'm overly bothered about. It's different things for different people some get a better experience from sub ohming just as some of us do +ohm all adds to the variety of vaping.

I prefer my drippers & genesis all around 1.2 - 1.5 ohm & at about 10 to 13 watts, sometimes a little more wattage, whether on cotton or with mesh. My liquid goes further, the flavour is very good & the vapour amount is plenty enough for me. Yes i have used some sub ohm builds in rda's but not for long time, i got so far & then turned back the other way. I do feel that the evolution in sub tanks & high wattage ditract from vaping as the measured & rounded experience that i always strived to achieve. I'm still into the slightly tighter draw & a mouth-to-lung method. I suppose that i strive to get good at my way but whatever else people like must all be good. The notion that sub ohm gives better flavour is, as always, a subjective matter & there's only one way to find out if you agree or not.

It's like everything you've gotta try it at least once because it may be better for you, forums are great places for info but sometimes things become the latest thing and everyone gets caught up in it and feel they should get better b3cause someone else did. Old personal taste thing was, is and always will be the best way to choose the setup for you.

Well I reckon it DOES improve the flavour, I've been running Rose v2s at 1.2ohm and thought they were amazing BUT the Subtank+ at 0.5ohm wipes the floor with it, just received 2 clone suntank minis from FT today and they are just as good (also at 0.5ohm)
So as they say, "different folks etc" but for me they have improved my vape more than I thought they could

I build Lemo Drop and Lemo V2 around 1oHm, Squonkers around 0.8oHm and if I Drip it's around 0.5oHm. I've tried Sub-oHm on Tanks, but it's just not for me! I am finding I've lowered my Nicotine from 16mg to 11 or 12mg as the new Tanks have come in!!
