I do believe you have 180 days for a PayPal claim, why there making you hold out till 9 July baffles me tbh.

I would just put a PayPal claim in and get refund and forget Gearbest

Because it was shipped by Netherlands Post surface mail without tracking number.  Flat Rate Shipping usually takes more time to arrive and is unable to be tracked. 45 business days after the package was shipped out is our deadline of it. When reaches the deadline, we will provide compensation to our customer.

I agree totally with regards to Isabel, she does her best for us within her employers terms. As for Isabel's employers terms, I let pay pal sort it out.

Tbh no I haven't, Isabel said if I contact her direct on the 9 next month she will get one sent out to me by DHL. The only thing is iv purchased one from a uk vendor now so don't really need one and Isabel has not been answering my PMs again and tbh I don't know how to contact her direct.
