some goods like batteries, knife blades, and even electric toothbrush heads limit the pnp options available, if the order contains such goods a delete n reorder of unrestricted goods could be an option?

Well iv still not got my ego one from gearbest, isabel22 has gone quite and not answering my PM's so I'm never going to recommend them to anyone ever again guess you find out how good a vendor is when things go wrong and I think this is a very poor show from gearbest I'm not happy with them at all.

Not yet it was giving Isabel chance to try and find out what had happened to my ego one ( benefit of the doubt ) but has no one has got back to me I think PayPal is my only option, bummer really because I was going to order a ipv mini v2 from them.

def let PayPal sort it. It's been over 3 months so you've given it time to turn up and $10 is a bit poor, what makes them think you would use them again after this issue?

You get the same response from FT. First wait, then an offer etc. It happened to me once, then I went straight to paypal who sorted it out. To be honest, messaging back and forwards re an untracked parcel from China is a waste of her time and yours. The vendors would sooner you went through paypal, as that highlights problem customers as well as vendors. Clearly not the case here i hasten to add.
Don't get insulted, get your money back the easy way.

Call me stupid but I don't like rocking the boat and like to give people time to do the right thing, now if they offered me a ipv mini v2 for all my inconvenience I would be a happy bunny because iv already purchased a ego one from the uk but that's not going to happen is it lol.
