I did have a problem with an order just sitting and waiting for stock for 3 weeks, but I got a refund and the atty for free when it came in stock from Focal.  I remember having to wait longer than expected for a few things from GB, they seem to be very slow at dispatching unless you pay a premium for "Expedited Shipping" which I did once and got fast delivery, but it was £12 extra. 

I would shop at Focal without a thought, but would only use GB if they were the only store to stock what I wanted or very much cheaper.

Iv got to weight 45 days before gearbest will do anything about a item that has not arrived ordered on the 4 march, and then contact them to see what they will do about it I'm not holding my breath tbh.

Did you pay with Paypal minime ? If so, you don't have to wait or take any nonsense from Gearbest. You can open a dispute now and get a refund through Paypal because it's highly likely that you will wait the 45 days and won't be offered a full refund from Gearbest. They will try to fob you off with a partial refund or some credit on your account. If it was me I'd be off to Paypal like a shot, it's been almost 3 months since you placed the order.

Sorry it was may not march, this is my second order that has not turned up but Isabel sorted me a full refund out on my other order so I'm going to see what happens, I'm the type that gives second chances but if I don't get my goods or a full refund I will never use them again.

Still plenty of time for it to arrive. 3 weeks is quite normal from China. I've had a couple of FT orders take 3-4 weeks. Also had the "wait a few weeks more" from FT. I went straight to paypal.

Ft are fantastic with delivery at the moment my last order was 4 days to me I was amassed.

I don't think FT deliver, unless they've branched out. Their epacket service has definitely improved delivery times though.

It has . . . . delivery in under a week. I shan't be using that service again - too darn speedy for me.


And, to add insult to injury - my parcel went through the letter box, so I was deprived of a trip to the PO for collection.
