Lung or mouth?

I want to ask if we suck with lung or mouth? Which is good for our health?

Either, which ever suits your vaping needs. Myself, I take it into the mouth then the lungs like I did when smoking, I'll take it direct to lung if using a dripper.

It depends which atomiser I'm using, if I use a Atlantis or Subtank then lung, if I use a Nautilus or Aerotank, then mouth. I like both, dependant on the mood I'm in.

If talking about health then neither would probably be the answer although, vaping would probably, be the same as breathing the polluted air we have to each day. In terms of fulfillment then Lung hits all the way for me.

I vape how I used to smoke, full lung hits. I'm guessing vaping is 98% better as I'm not coughing half as much as I used to. Also the morning hacking session has stopped

I still dual fuel after 4 years. I only lung hit vaped things but mouth to lung fags. If I ever try to lung hit stinkies, the resulting coughing fit will last for hours.

Same here isub/subtank  lung hits(lower nic content) or protank/aerotanks it's mouth(higher nic content), sometimes forget and have a coughing fit!!

Yep, same here too, depends on what I'm vaping, but anything lower resistance i'll DLI, whereas Nautilus/Kayfun I'll MTL. It also depends to a certain extent on the juice I'm vaping. I'm now mixing lower nic juice so that tends to get a lung inhale whilst the stronger stuff mouth-to-lung.

I only use atomizers suited for mouth-to-lung, most are drippers & 1 is a genesis, a 1.5 or 2mm(max) fixed air hole. I never heard of lung hitting until i vaped & i have no intention of doing it. I vape as i smoked & very little even goes into my lungs unless i want it to. As with all things in life it is a totally individual activity & so to each their own. To the op, we should all follow our own path

Depends on my setup, i tend to mouth to lung with 1 ohm or above, and lung hit with sub ohm kit

When you get used to the hit 'lung' feels better for me, not really heavy, just enough to replace the smoke inhale.
