My sx mini m class will be here tomorrow i already have 28awg 0.32 mm ni200 wire ready for the coils what i need to know is what in your opinion is the best build i.e what size diameter and how many wraps

Use steam engine rigdriver

With 0.32mm you may need to go up to 3mm dia and/or closer to 0.1ohms to keep the number of wraps down.

12 wraps of Ni200, 0.32mm on a 2.5mm mandrel comes out at 0.15 Ohms according to www.steam-engine.org/coil.asp?mat=ni200&r=0.15&hfnw=25&dia=0.32&id=2.5&ll=4

I got a duel coil dripper running with a total of 20 wraps .2 @ 2.5 dia.

Single on a kayfun or subtank where space is tight I use .3 between 6-8 wraps 2.5-3mm dia. 8 wraps i make the coil slightly diagonal on the Kayfun to get the spacing want.

6 spaced wraps of 28AWG Tempered NI200 around a 2.5mm drill bit comes out at 0.07 ohms on my SX Mini. The Tempered NI200 from Stealth Vapes is very springy like Kanthal wire and I found it easy to work with.

It's also much cleaner than from The Wire Company Bez

I clean mine with IPA before use, the StealtVape wire hardly leaves a mark, TWC leaves a black streak.

That's good to know as I never thought of cleaning the wire before using it. I just coiled, installed in my Kayfun and instant greatness.
