My trusted MVP 2.0 has just given up the ghost.
I've not been keeping up with mods recently so I'm after some advice. How does the iStick 30, (or even 50), compare with the MVP 3.0?

Love the bulldog, have one myself...
Anyway if size is not a problem I would go for the MVP3 but it's personal choice really, both tried and tested mods.
Have you thought about putting the mini clouper The mix?

The feel of innokin stuff is a different game to the eleaf gear. For quality reasons alone i would go with the mvp3. I should add that i don't own one but i've had the mvp2 & a couple of 20w isticks, different quality.

Just had a quick look at the mini clouper looks great but when I'm at work or out n about like the convenience of the built in battery on the MVP. I have a vamo as a backup and find it a pain to carry spare batteries if I'm out of the house. Thanks for the suggestion though. Also thanks for the bulldog comment, that's a typical pose for Bosley

Thanks vaporsizer have got to say up until now could not fault the reliability of the MVP 2.0, it's lasted me well.

To give the counter point, the isticks admittedly don't exude the built like the proverbial outhouse for extreting in build quality but they are far prettier, daintier, lighter and more pocket sized than the slightly monolithic MVP 3.
The battery life on the 50w model in particular is phenomenal, and unlike its innokin rival it has lovely hand moulding curves and its a far more portable package.
Personal taste too but its far less fugly than the MVP.
However the new Coolfire 4 looks like a great marriage of innokin build quality and pretty looks - well I've ordered one anyway.

I love my MVP3 - battery life is stupendous, it's built to last and feels really well constructed. I agree it's perhaps not the most aesthetically-pleasing mod around, but for durability and solid feel, it does the job for me. I have never fired it to 30w, but never say never!

Thanks dreamylittledream the cool fire 4 looks great but I need something sharpish as I've only got my backup vamo to rely on, (every UK site I look on says coming soon). Must say the more I look at the iStick 50 due to its battery life the more I'm tempted, (over the iStick 30 anyway).

Hi chykensa have loved the build quality of the MVP 2.0. Tbh it was the price of the iStick that first got me interested, but what concerned me is that old saying you get what you pay for. I definately need something that's durable and built to last.

Myepack have got them in today Ordered mine this evening *excite* Only been waiting about a month lol The istick50 is a great little mod though - its really ridiculously tiny to be packing a 4400mah battery and has that elusive nice feel factor in the hands (its the curves I tell thee the curves).

I have the 20 and 30watt istick also the mvp and the 20watt mvp,. The mvp;s are certainly better built imo, but I can't decide which is going to be my next purchase the istick 50watt or the mvp3.I have tried them both, mvp3 rock solid / istick 50watt better battery power better in the hand /pocket etc.

Personally I think it's down to durability and battery life. Having owned an iStick 20w which has sadly bitten the dust after 5 months of daily use, I would favour the MVP3 despite having a smaller battery life. I know it's curvaceous and smaller, but I just feel that the MVP will last longer.

I'm in same position as you, own a MVP and a 20w Istick, but I'm going to go for a 30w Istick, as others have said the MVP is a better mod in terms of build quality, but size wins out with the stick, and at the low prices they are I treat them as disposable, yet I must say my sticks going well after 7 months daily use.

The failing of the 20watt is the shockingly poorly constructed 510 connection. Neither of the other two suffer this flaw.
