@tedster if it helps, here is a link to Consumer Contract Regulations - Consumer Contract regulationsThe main rules we are very strict about all vendor complying with are - • cost of delivery and details of who pays for the cost of returning items if you have a right to cancel and change your mind • details of any right to cancel - the trader also needs to provide, or make available, a standard cancellation form to make cancelling easy (although you aren’t under any obligation to use it) • information about the seller, including their geographical address and phone number

So today's email, now doesn't that sound like a load of BS. It's telling me that all previous emails about it being posted were LIES.
Yes I'll spend the voucher that's not shown so I hope it's an automatic credit, then it's a never use again ! .

@tedster this all sounds so frustrating, i personally haven't had a bad experience from getvape, but on this occasion i think they should just have come clean, apologized for the mistake and the way they handled things, offered you more and maybe that would resulted in a better ending to this thread and there perceived reputation to members here (i would use them again if needed). But thanks for the head's up should something potentially go awry.
