fasttech delivery?

Hi, can anyone tell me how long you have to wait for a delivery from fasttech? It's been a month now and I'm still waiting!

You need to look on the order for shipping date.I have the epacket and they have been taking 5-7 days

Also bear in mind the holidays they've just had in China - bound to cause some delay

It'll take a few weeks

As said above check shipping date. If an item ordered was not ready for X amount of days, then the whole order would have been delayed.
Airmail via Singapore usually takes 3-4 weeks.
Airmail via China post has been getting to me 2-3 weeks.
Thats not taking into account those Chinese holidays where nothing moves until the firecrackers run out.

Anything with batteries you needed to choose Sweden Post to get it quicker, that is the ONLY airmail alternative otherwise they go on a round the world cruise

Bung your tracking number in 17track.net and you will normally get an idea

as said if you ticked epacket mine took 8 days.

general free postage is delivered by rickshaw,camel,elephant,rowing boat and took 30 days for my delivery.

also was the item pree order? if so you wait until the date it shows on their website to end. then the money is taken and then it is processed so expect it just before christmas.
i ordered pre sale battery and liquid carry bag on 15th and it was only processed yesterday as that was the end of the pre sale ordering.

yep the above have pretty much covered it, check on the site for when it actually shipped, as the odd item not in stock can delay the shipping .. when emailing/ raising a support ticket, dont get tied up in language specifics, at the fasttech end your probably dealing with someone with limited english running your message through translation software, so be patient with them and try to explain without using colloquialisms.. in my limited experience dealing with them they do try to help and resolve issues..

If you feel like communication with fasttech isnt working just raise a paypal issue instead

Thanks guys, didn't order batteries but think it's gone by camel as I didn't have a clue that it could come so many different ways! Just paid the postage that they said. I'll try and find the tracking number and check it out. Otherwise send a simple e mail, here's hoping coz it was a kayfil thingy and I'm stuck without it!!

17track net is fantastic, when I entered my tracking number from Fasttech it told me the destination was to the Ukraine and the items had been delivered.
