I like lime flavour juice, but decided to mix some up with a bit of sherbet in the mix to liven it up a bit. All the liquids were clear before and during mixing. I mixed up about 100ml to 10% nic strength. All seemed fine and I put the bottles away in a dark place to sit. After a couple of days the liquid completely changed colour from clear to a dark brown/golden colour. Similar to custards I have. Clearly something in the mix is reacting, and I suspect it is the sherbet flavour, although it was only added at 2%. The lime was 18%. Any idea why this may have happened? The flavour of the juice seems to be fine.

BobsbeerIt's a reaction with the nicotine Bob, the same happens when I mix Atmos Lab's Gina! All mixes darken with maturing, so you have no worries. Jim

That's fine then. I wondered if I was creating a nuclear juice.
