Not sure this is the right place, but here goes.
As title, got a problem with my MVP 3.0 pro It was new out of the box only three weeks ago even though I brought it at the end of May from a very well respected and trusted supplier.
So the first time I've come to charge it, and nothing, it will not charge, I have three other MVP cables and plugs from other devises tried them all, still nothing.
Any advice before I have to try and return the MVP 3.0 PRO to my supplier.

Your best course of action is to contact the supplier given its age

Agree about contacting the supplier @5steve7. Have you tried leaving it charging for say 5 or 6 hours? Worth doing anyway, as the supplier may ask you to test it in that way, just to be certain.

it's not doing the red/orange/green sequence then 3 flashes of the green light? If not, there's definitely something wrong with it and it needs returning.

awww, sorry this happened. I can bet if the supplier is very well respected, they'll sort this out really fast for you. You have another device to use in the meantime?

I have several back up time lol Yes, hope so, and glad you've got other devices; doesn't bear thinking about, being without a vape! I'd package it up, email the supplier at 8.30am on the dot, lol, and in the meantime ...
