I am 67 didn;t want to stop smoking as I always needed it with a break with coffee.Tried an e-cig and never touched a ciggy since.I was on 100 grams of Drum a week.That was three years ago......sneaky little things GOOD ecigs are makes you stop and you feel guilty that it was so easy

I was a hardened smoker (smoked about 325g of tobacco a week) and e-cigs not only got me happier and healthier but debt free too

(please note it was non smuggled baccy - £50 a week 4 years ago on tobacco!).

Started at 36mg/ml - worked for me- now down to 3mg/ml and I don't do anything fancy bar find a new way to break my e-cigs LOL
