gm111 you have not left room for the 510 on the lhs of the drawing, if you look in the pdf you can mount the balance connector (it comes lose for you to solder) in a few different ways so you could slide the battery to the bottom. The wires are proper thick to, espically where it comes out of connectors and the bottom of the 510. What I do with graph paper is draw the bits separately, then trace the separate components so you can move them about quickly and try different ideas.

Alright okay so would I have to make the mod bigger or just shuffle stuff around? Couldn't I put the 510 here

Think you might have a little over hang, the centre of the 510 needs to be 11 mm from the outside edge and you need to make sure you have clearance inside. I would think it is possible to fit it all in, but don't hold me to that.

Going with option 1 VapingBad but I could do what you've done, it would probably be easier too fit it all in like you have done

Looks like it gm111, but remember the wires and XT30 or XT60 battery connector probably room at the top for that. Unless you leave a lot of spare room there are no guarantees until you have the bits in front of you that something may be difficult to fit it.

Maybe I'll just buy all the parts and a box I know it will fit into for now and transfer them into a smaller box like this in the future no matter what it will be a tight squeeze if I go by my diagram VapingBad haha

I keep looking at this, then I look at the mods that I use for temp control cloud chasing and they are set to 35w Apart from the evic vt which is set to 40w I look at the temp control mods for normal vaping and they are 14.9-16w There is going to be a hell of a lot of wasted power here but a vast improvement in battery life between charges - I'm struggling to justify the need for this tech in my life

Fair do's for you if you need to use thicker wire, I haven't any requirement for it nor gennies really if I'm honest. Will probably own a 200 at some point but for the life of me I can't figure out any reason other than It's new and I don't have it
