hello i would like to start a little brainstorming on non-sweet flavors including, but not limted to, tobacco flavours. when i started vaping i went straight for fruit and sweet flavours and never looked back. i think i have meanwhile vaped every ice-cream, sweets and desert flavour possible lately i am getting a crave for some less sweet, but instead spicy/savoury/hearty tastes. i have allready ordered some tobacco type flavours and started testing. i thought maybe other mixers want to join in. i know there are a couple of premium liquids out there like pipe sauce for example, but in the long run those are much too expensive at my liquid comsumption per day. 1. Pink Spot, Swagger 20%: not bad, malty/nutty/caramelish but too sweet 2. Pink Spot, Curious George 20%: this stuff is awesome, banana + the virginia type tobacco flavour from swagger, but also just as sweet as swagger 3. Pink Spot USA Menthol Blend 18%: steeping, will update 4. Flavour Art Maxx Blend 2%: not exactly bad, sweetnes is ok, but too nutty for my taste, not exactly hearty or spicy 5. Inawera Gold Ducat 3%: this is the clear winner for me so far, smells and tastes like a mixture between pipe tobacco and cigarillos. only mildly sweet. 6. Inawera Vanilla Tobacco Pipe 3%: not fully steeped yet (will update when ready). really decent vanilla flavour, but very sweet and only marginally tobaccoish so far it seems i only found 1 real unsweet/tobacco flavor i like: gold ducat. but i want more i think the nutty based tobacco flavours i dont really like. maybe i need to find a few based on licorice and with a salty undertone ? what do you guys think ?

update on "4. Pink Spot USA Menthol Blend": had to test it after 2 days steep. its actually quite nice. its the virginia type tobacco flavour from swagger as well + a hint of menthol. just enough for throat hit, not numbing. there is some sweetener in it but not much. they also have a non menthol variant of the USA Blend, i will try it in the future to check if there is even less sweetener. the americans tend to add mint/sweet to menthol. i would rate this 2nd after Gold Ducat. so now i have 2 non-sweet, or almost non-sweet flavours. looking for input

Callipitter Chow from MomnPops, hard to explain the flavour but it's not sweet but it's not savoury, goes really well with any tobacco & pretty much any custard receipt to add a certain odd twist.

hello guys, thank for stopping by my goal currently is to try and get some hearty and/or tobaccoish flavors/mixes going. which seems to be quite difficult, since most stuff ends up beeing on the sweet side. Callipitter Chow from MomnPops, hard to explain the flavour but it's not sweet but it's not savoury, goes really well with any tobacco & pretty much any custard receipt to add a certain odd twist. i have calipitter chow here. but it is so sweet i didnt even list it. i agree tho that in very small doses, it might be a good additive to tobacco flavors My current favourite tobacco is ginger backy Capella gingerbread 5% fA golden Rollie 2% To coin a phrase it bloody ansum it is. Also check out @kreeds backy recipie its unusual but very moreish is the ginger bread also on the sweet side ? i would think so since it is "backery" ? Kreed's Baccy TPA DK Tobacco - 3% TPA Kentucky Bourbon - 3% TPA Hazelnut - 3% CAP Caramel - 3% CAP Marshmallow - 2% TPA Acetyl Pyrazine - 1% Saline(0.9%) - 2 drops per 10ml hmmh caramel and marshmallow sounds sweet, saline makes it salty. where does it end up ?

It's hard to describe......as igual said. Different, moreish........but very yummy. Flavour profile works differently depending on watts too.........you'll get a different thing at different levels.

Only have experience wiv 'Arti-Baccy' Flavours:- Any of the Inawera/Wera Garden 'Tobacco Absolutes' (I still use these...wiv Real Baccy Steeps..) Inawera 'Classic Cigarillos' (pretty close to HoL's Cigarillos....) Hangsen's 'Red USA Mix' or 'GI Tobacco'. 1 or 2 drops of cider vinegar per 10ml. will help negate any excess sweetness in 'arti-baccy' mixes.....tho' most of 'em seem too sweet to do much wiv.....

Also check out @kreeds backy recipie its unusual but very moreish I read this post last week and as I vape my homemade golden rollie as an ADV I thought I would give your recipe a try. I ordered some Capella ginger biscuit concentrate and added 5% to some well steeped GR. Well, all I can say is thank you sir! Same great GR vape with a warm hint of ginger ... Not overpowering but subtley complementing the base tobacco. BTW I use 3% GR and 2% vape wizard in my basic GR recipe and steep for a minium 4 weeks.
