Armed police in flat due to my black sub box * no joking *

Yes... i just had two armed police officers, knock at my flat due to a call from somebody stating, they had seen a black handgun on my car seat whilst i was out in Leicester today, oddly i had my black sub box mini in my hand when they came to the door, honest this just happened, i am stunned. They took details of the sub box and had a good look at it... i was laughing my head off, i didnt know what to say or do.. they said i was seen with a hand gun and ammo magazine..i showed them my spare battery box, which was on chair by sub box... wtf....

Good God, honestly this sounds like a joke, but it just happened, i had all my kit laid out on bed, looked like a right arms haul... i still cant belive this just happened, what if  they thought the call was real and didnt just knock, but did the full arms thingy you see on t.v .. my god i may seriously think twice about using the sub box in car in future, especially in London near sensitive areas...

Anything these days could be an armed device. Glad the police responded swiftly to the report, to be honest. Yes, we may think it's stupid and ignorant but better to be safe than sorry, especially in today's circumstances.

God aye! But what I mean is, someone saw what they thought was a suspicious item and the police responded promptly which is no bad thing.
Can imagine it being a bit of a shock though. How were they when they left? Did you have to go through the ins and outs of vaping?

The police were fine, took details of what the sub box was called that was it, didnt want to see in my car, buit did ask if i minded if tyhey did a check on me, im squeaky clean, always have been, so nothing of course flagged up, but being described as receding grey hair and a grey beard pissed me off lol, i need to shave me noggin again obviously, i just couldnt help but laugh as the situation seemed so daft, of course they have to respond to situations like this, even so.... i had the bloody thing in my hand when opened the door, i cant help but think '' what if '' eeeek
