Wow just 2 weeks to Vapefest.

I have been ao busy i have not even thought about Vapefest until CC mentioned we are just 2 weeks away. Amazing.

So anybody after anything specific at Vapefest?

What bit are you most looking forward to?

@spikeyfridge is there anything last minute you need for Vapefest. We already have tea, coffee and sugar to bring plus we will be grabbing some bits for the Friday night bbq.

Perpetua and DiscoDes are you getting a taxi into the showground and back on the Friday night?

Probably not, the Premier Inn is about half the distance that we walked last year, however I might need a hand with Perpetua going back, last time it took ages as she weaved her way up the road, we must have walked double the distance. I then had to stand guard while she insisted on getting a bag of chips in a dodgy take-away

DiscoDes...could you not get an old shopping trolley, & just toss Perpetua in at the end of the night...it would be so much easier for you - just wheel her back to the hotel, & tip her out...just saying

I think everything is in hand. I'm going last minute shopping for some bbq rolls, sauces and bottles of squash. Cartons of milk have been delivered. I think ill need a trailer!

I probably shouldn't fess up to this . . . . but it wouldn't be the first time I've been loaded into a shopping trolley after a few drinkies.


Des was nothing short of heroic in ' steering ' me back to our hotel last year, despite my best endeavours!
