if you are looking at spending that kind of money get a lavatube or one of safercigs vv (variable voltage) cartomizers and drip tip i am a chain vaper on my lavatube and one of the two batts last all day freedomvape.co.uk/shop/article_11-002/VV-MINI-Lava-tube-Kit-(Unboxed).html?shop_param=cid%3D2%26aid%3D11-002%26 there is a discound code someone help here delivery is very good too. kev will answer any questions as will all other suppliers and they are equally as good get the atomizers (good for direct dripping to test flavours and add a pack of cartomizers and drip tip (makes it a little more comfy on the lips and u can use them on the atomizers- atties too) small voltage (3V) lower throat hit) (6v strong but you probably wont reach that) you will end up[ wanting more later so you may as well jump in now and save the trial and error and about 50 quid through stepping up.. enjoy and welcome to the wonderful world of vaping now repeat after me My name is glob and i am a vaper..

The better kits do tend to be a lot bigger, But I've not heard of a police officer mistaking it for a bong... Would be funny though, the joke would be on them in the end. This is true, just seems huge! I have found them sold at freedom vape, the premium is about £60 or so, is there anywhere else I can get one or is that the best place? Thank you for the advice by the way, I don't really want to buy something and then buy something else again, I have already spent near on £70 with Skycig so would prefer the next purchase to be the one I stick with Edit: The last two very helpful posts appeared whilst I was posting my response, looking into it now!

My name is Global and I am a Vaper I really am, I like it alot even though I only have a crappy SkyCig one but I really haven't had an analogue (love it) ciggy since starting them so a proper kit should only increase my enjoyment and I think I will be convincing others to follow.... Question on the FreedomVape site quickly, there is an option for either 2 x HV 510 atomisers or 1 x 3/5 DCT tank, if I am going down the eliquid route the tank is what I need yes? I have a load of 510 Cartomisers from the skycigs, if I ever want to use them I could with this couldn't I? The stupid questions will stop soon I promise, sorry for so many, I always embrace these things and want to know every nut and bolt, its my logical IT brain I'm afraid

I'd certainly go for the DCT Global . . . although I doubt very much that your Skycig carto's will be suitable to use in it. You'll need Dual Coil Cartomiser's to use in this Tank . . . I'll find you some links >>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>> Kev has the pre-punched DC's to fit the Tank here: freedomvape.co.uk/shop/article_24/Pierced-Dual-Coil-LR-Atomiser.html?shop_param=cid%3D7%26aid%3D24%26What a lot of the other guys do is to buy non pre-punched DC's as they're a little more reasonable, then punch the holes themselves . . .

What's the difference between that mini you've linked to and the one I linked to??? Does it take smaller batteries? Is it a much smaller device, I've never known the difference between the 2. Edit: Ahh I see one takes 18350 the other 18650, still don't know what that means though, are the 18350's smaller? does that mean less capacity?

Same device in effect Alvo, but with smaller batteries . . . a bit less obtrusive for out and about, but you won't get as good a run time as with the 18650 size.

I have both the Riva and the Skycig which my dad uses at home, the parts are interchangeable so you'll be able to use the spares you have

I don't mind spending because this is going to save me a small fortune... Let me know how that one works out... Welcome to that very rare place on the interweb..A genuinely helpful message board.. You are soooo right, very helpful, especially at helping me spend So, I got: 30ml Marlboro vapour 10ml virginia 10ml chocolate hazelnut (free) Premium Lava tube kit with DCT tank I got the 15% off as well so all told was about £65 or so. Happy, you bet I am, can't wait for it to be delivered, still not convinced it doesn't look like a bong but I don't care, it will do the job I'm sure! Perpetua, thanks for the help on everything and everyone else, amazing forum, the only other forum that is as helpful is CCUK which is a Celica (car) forum I have been a member of for 5 years or so, it is a very rare thing on the old interweb to find such a decent place to be. I'm afraid I may be here for a while but I do have my uses (I hope, especially if you have IT questions which I am more than happy to help with). Thank you one and all.....

A belated welcome from me too global - you have lots of options to look at, but I wouldn't worry too much about which one to choose first. I soon realised with vaping that you need backups for your backups! If I were you I would get one of the starter kits like the Riva because you will almost certainly find that you will soon want at least one more device and I'll bet that anyone on here who has been vaping for a month has at least four batteries! You soon get to the point where you absolutely do not want to be without at least two functioning batteries.

Don't worry, I will update as soon as it arrives, quite excited in a weird way, I like gadgets, especially ones that are a healthy alternative to something that has been killing me for years I may end up buying something more subtle for going out so the Revia may still be on the cards at a later date, depnds if I can bear producing the goliath in the pub or not

Thanks for that Perps, I think I prefer the big one, size is everything I hope you'll enjoy your lava Global. Remember if you need any help with anything, once you get it, post here, and if you don't, then still report back to let us know how you're getting on, it's obligatory. I especially want to hear how you get on with the DCT tanks, I like the look of them, but I've tried so many different things lately, I dare not buy anything else for a while or I may be castrated. Happy Vaping
