if using occ stock coils priming the cotton with a few(5-6) drops of juice before use should sort it, if its an rba setup, ensuring the wick covers the whole of both holes in the cylinder and priming should also sort it..
you shouldnt need to use much force screwing in either type of coil head, just screw in till it stops, if u push in the bottom +ve contact pin in the base first, and hold a finger over it as u screw in a coil you should feel it engage and start to push a little on the pin so it stands a lil proud at the bottom of the 510 connector when screwed home.
if using clone occ heads that may be the problem???
also a lil gurgle when first primed/filled may occur just blow that all out into a tissue cupped around the base, and then it should be fine..
good luck..

On the stock coils + the rba section there is an o-ring the seals the coil unit to the base, its a white/clear colour. There is also an o-ring at the bottom of the 510 of the coil housing which denotes coil type Lastly there are 3 o-rings in the tank section, top an bottom + one to seal the chimney

Are you referring to this clear oring on the base of the coil head, there shouldn't be a clear oring in the base where you screw the coil head in, if there is put it back on the base of the coil head before screwing it into the base.
