Hello, another newbie question which I think may be quite simple answer, quite simply, the e-liquids I ordered are too high in nicotine for me, I thought that 16mg was about right but I had a rather tight head last night and figured it was probably the nicotine content. So, I could just order lower ones (which I will) but is there a way of not losing flavour but reducing the nictotine content of the ones I have bought? Thanks

Buy lower or zero strength of the juice you have and just mix them together, anything else will affect the flavour.

global, you can buy pure glycerine from a chemists to cut your e-liquid, but it wll also cut the flavour, so Blakey's solution is the best.
however, the "tight head" may be due to dehydration - you need to drink a lot more fluid, especially when you start vaping.

You may well be right, I am also drinking shed loads of fresh strong tea and fresh coffee at the moment because I am working from home so I don't think all that high caffeine and nictoine is going to land me in a happy place. Bought a load of fizzy water today and it's been better, but still have some much lower nictotine stuff on it's way so will have a play. Thank you, I just worry when starting something new that I'm creating another more serious problem by stopping another

I think my worst headaches have been caused by not drinking coffee for a day - just goes to show how powerful caffeine is That's excluding hangovers of course
