I think the next big thing in vaping might be.............vaping alcoholic drinks. Some of us already add a small amount of vodka to our VG to thin it which got me thinking. Is it beyond the realms of possibility that you can vapourise a rum and coke eliquid? Straight into the bloodstream via the lungs.........bypass the liver so less damage..........and get wellied on a far smaller dose of alcohol than you have to have when drinking? Sign me up! Vaping has been proven the best smoking cessation method there is. I think we may see it used to treat alcoholics eventually too. Thoughts? Please vape responsibly

However, i have vapourised alcohol a lower temperatures and inhaled via a nasal tube and the effects are, well.....messy. Some pubs started using similar systems but stopped quickly when they noticed that the whole place was full of insanely drunken people

Not exactly destroying the alcohol then. So less alcohol needed, gently vapourised.......pissed as a fart

It can be vaped but its dangerous as alcohol poisoning can happen, I think eventually something new will replace alcohol completely, when understanding of the brain is much more precise, something that can successfully target particular regions and not overload them like drugs do can be much safer then and not cause as much problems as alcohol hits all sorts of regions of the body too. At the moment I think they're far off as even certain drugs are not fully understood how they affect the brain entirely. At some point they will perfect the formula for mind altering substances to not cause as much of the problems that they do now but I think that technology is way off hehe

It makes no difference to your liver how you get the alcohol. Anything that enters your body, by any means will be processed by the liver. Whatever you eat, drink, smoke/vape goes into the bloodstream. Everything in the bloodstream is processed by the liver. It is the most important part of the body. So, no way to bypass it I'm afraid.

The next big thing will be Apples ISmok, coupled with non replaceable batteries, and a £700 price tag, yet still made by Foxxcon in China
