Completely agree, it would help considerably . . . . although there are some flavourings that have to be sent in glass because of the crackage potential unfortunately.

Not necessarily , for example , Vapeable prices are cheaper and offer free postage on orders over £10, I know lots of peeps love Chefs and they do have a good selection but they will need to keep pace with the competition to keep my custom

Nothing in life is free, we are dealing with businesses and they are there to make a profit, all the vendors (UK) who offer free postage factor the cost into their prices, they'd go broke otherwise.
Special deals like the free postage Chefs are offering really ARE a special deal because Chefs are taking the hit.

I know of other companies who do a weekend free post or similar that bump their prices for the free postage period.

Chefs are probably the most honest supplier in the UK, they still get my vote (and custom)

Vapable are my 'go to' place for concentrates.

Their own concentrates are great and really cheap.......but they also do cheaper Capella and TPA than most places.

I paid £4.40 postage ...  icon_shoppingm My order wasn't really substantial? 5x TPA concs, 1 DV glass in 10ml and a 30ml, so paying almost a fiver for an order is too expensive for me. 

 For the 2nd time in two orders I'm missing a concentrate and there's no ticked off list on bill, or note written to let me know if I'm due a refund? Of course, sods law its never the cheaper TPA missing, its Cappela   so basically its cost me £7 postage.....

Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that, I've only ever had one missing conc and there was a hand written note and two free ones in the box, they refunded my PayPal too. It is the 30ml bottles that knack the postage. They won't go large letter unfortunately.

I phoned but no answer on Saturday,so I'll give them a bell on Monday. It wasn't a vital flavour so I'm not that bothered about getting it so it'll be easier just to refund that one especially in light of fact I went and bought loads from arrons group buy
