I did ANOTHER order I told myself I wasn't buying any more concs for a while, so I only spent £40 odd btw I think I had the last 20% dizzy, tried to do a follow up and it had expired (unless you were only allowed one each) Forget that last bit, you can only use it once, dizzy is still valid

I don't object to paying postage, it's a huge cost for any online Vendor that's difficult for them to absorb if they want to stay in business. What does pip me off however is being charged small parcel rate for a couple of 10ml bottles that I know will easily go Large Letter - those Vendors don't ever get my business. So . . . . . having spent my morning doggy walk telling myself I need nor want anything, came home and placed an order with: Chefs Fasttech + a pair of waterproof ankle boots for walking My non working, no spend weekend has got off to a cracking start.

Chris I paid £4.40 postage ... icon_shoppingm My order wasn't really substantial? 5x TPA concs, 1 DV glass in 10ml and a 30ml, so paying almost a fiver for an order is too expensive for me. For the 2nd time in two orders I'm missing a concentrate and there's no ticked off list on bill, or note written to let me know if I'm due a refund? Of course, sods law its never the cheaper TPA missing, its Cappela so basically its cost me £7 postage.....

I think its the 30ml bottle that tipped you over into the £4.40 bracket. too big for royal mail size guides for a smaller package. Chuck them an email about the missing bottle. They are great at sorting it out. I get the impression they are efficient with staffing numbers to manage costs, which are passed onto us with any business. They occasionally make the odd mistake, but if you know and expect this, I find it helps and am happy that they keep a eye on their prices. I know how frustrating a missing bottle can be, but feel safe in the knowledge it will be sorted. Hope this helps pep and am sure you have a few other bottles of concentrate to keep you occupied in the meantime
