darent say how much wire ive used messing about with Clapton's i love em o.2 with 0.15 wrapped round it heats up v quick and works well in mini fogger 0.5 with 0.2 works well in drippers and then you mess around with diff gauges of wire for both
these fused claptons(had a go mid week)are nuts and heat up like there is no tomorrow 2x.4 wrapped in .2 at around .4 ohms comes alive form 35 watts up

decoy - thank you very much for posting this video! never it occured to me to actually look for making the wire myself but I prefer that way to be fair as I am a little DIY-er by heart So what gauge wire would you recommend to use as the wrap around one? All I got at home at the moment is the 0.5mm wire to biuld my coils, so would have to do some shopping to get more wire!

Should be good but need to calculate if it will perform well enough on my 50w device... Or just buy a higher wattage device

should be fine on 50watts my 1st fused clapton 2x.4 wire with 0.2 wrapped round it and about .4 ohms gets nuts from 35/40 watts up and not that much more tricky than normal ones

Mine arrived from FT today. I have 2 things to say
1: lovely Vape. Nice and smooth with great flavour 2: do not attempt to use In a chalice unless you are feeling very calm. Got there in the end but was hard going :-)

I had to trim a wrap to get one in the chalice taking it down to .4 which is fine on my windows dna40 squonker but got a little hot on my reo :-) Coming in at .5 on the nuppin though and stacks more flavour

Once the slow boat arrives! make your own use an old protank head to feed the wire on This is a great video, I didn't have any pro tank heads so used a bit of mains earth shield (like heat shrink, but doesn't shrink) with a cut out in one end. Any bit of thin tube would probably work if u can do the cut out.

decoy - I have been converted then! Thank you for all you help and advice buddy! 0.1 - 0.15 is better for wrapping the fused claptons, if the wrap wire is to thick you can pull the centre core or cores all out of shape trying to keep it tight. Also good idea to place a sheet of white paper under the wire so you can see it better. You can see mine here allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/35842/coily-goodness-adventures?page=4

Must say whilst claptons give a good vape. They do have a longer warm up time. Dissapointing as I like a warmer vape and need to have 3 or 4 chuffs before it starts to get warm. Running dual Coil with final res of .3 at 40 watt
