They work fine in the geyscano. I've got the same batteries. Its definitely the device at fault

Was just a thought that the "battery sag" detection might be stronger in the Geyscano chrisjw, what coil resistance are they?

I've tried it with a 1ohm, 1.5ohm & 1.7ohm.........same result robby

Suppose I'll just have to wait for them to get back to me...............It appears that the Chinese are all nocturnal, as I only seem to get e-mails & pm's from them during the night.........No wonder there are faulty goods, if they stay up all night instead of sleeping......................

I still reckon, just to be sure, you should try a 20A discharge battery in there like a Sony VTC4, Samsung 25R or a Purple Efest.

This will definitely eliminate the possibility it's the batteries.

When it first arrived DiscoDes / robby , it was working fora couple of hours before the problem started. If the batteries were the problem, would the fault not have shown up immediately? .........I don't mind wasting money forking out for even more batteries than I have, but to me, it points to the board...........but what do I know? ........I only got one GCE (Rodney.......... )

Your batteries are probably OK, but fault finding is a process of elimination and my suggestion above was just to eliminate a possible cause.

As I am sure many will tell you even though something appears not to be at fault it is still best to check.

have patience with the Chinese support folk, you have cultural and language barriers to deal with, you may need to state the same point a few times slightly differently for it to get across successfully.. humour and colloquialisms are not useful, so avoid..
Then when sorted beware of an endless 'thank you/your welcome' loop..

Needlework actually..........it was all I could afford on the black market at the time...............& this education malarky is totally overrated.......That GCE hasn't helped me whatsoever..........
