I'm attempting to take a video of a fully charged battery in the charger & then taking it out of the charger, installing into a Hana, to show it working & then putting it in the Geyscano to prove it isn't working............But I'm getting the severe hump 'ere.........Have you tried accomplishing these tasks with one hand, while trying to video it with the other hand?...........F**k**g impossible............. .........I've given up for the time being.

Maybe you could lead them to this thread chrisjw and make sure Foclecig sees it and they will realise you have tried everything and there is no doubt about the problem with it.

Foclecig has very kindly pm'd me & told me that a replacement will be dispatched to me........Excellent customer service on her behalf.

good to hear, hope you enjoy the working mod.. ive no complaints with mine beyond the minor niggle of it being SOOOOO SQUARE.. a little rounding off of the corners would improve the hand feel considerably, tho it could be my particularly girly diddy hands at fault

Given how Doris has got this sorted for chris I'm tempted to put an order in with focal soon ( first time ).
Are they wanting the nackered unit back?
If not and you have no use could you bear me in mind d before you bin it as it would be good to strip down and mod into a mech,or pwm squonkbox.

Mine has gone the same way, and suspect it's the board as I've tried various batteries with the same result. Bought mine from Angelcigs back in April. Hadn't even crossed my mind to contact them...

Apparently robby, the size & shape of the existing board doesn't make it easy for the button placements, although I could be wrong (hopefully)

Foclecig and Focalecig are the best when it comes to after sales care compared to the rest. I also had an issue last year with a Zero mod, I spoke to Doris about the issue and she informed me by email next day ( only due to the time difference) that a replacement was being sent out.
