.. I still vape tobacco liquids (by the way) regardless of it tastes nothing like a cigarette.

For me, I prefer the smokey blandness to double rhubarb and chai tea coulis with orange zing.

Either way, I rarely pay more than £2 (average) for 10ml.

My RY6 is 70p for 10ml and Caramel Deluxe from LT e-cigs is about £1.80 for 10ml.

Hi tipsyturtle. to the forum. I (and my wife) started on the same e-cigs as you. We struggled with them for about six months, and then I discovered AAEC. I read a lot of the posts, and bought us both eLeaf iStick 30's and Kangertech Sub Tank Mini's. Since then, we have never even thought about picking up a cigarette. However, we have a fair collection of different tanks and mods (batteries), which have been bought with the savings from tobacco purchases.

The coughing thing may be PG (propylene glycol) intolerance. This affects a few people, but can be circumvented by using high % VG (vegetable glycerine) in your e-liquid. Hope that helps.

The liquid I've got now isn't too bad... it's actually got a (very faint) spicey aftertaste.


Only had two roll-ups yesterday- none today, (so far... but it's not lunchtime yet, so I'm not holding myself to that too strictly). The ones I had yesterday didn't taste as nice as usual, so that's a result.

Once I find my way around the forums here, I'll start asking around about liquids- and other ecigs, too. I'm going to have to stick with the one I've got for now, (some are expensive!!) but I'm definitely up for some different flavours.... I've read reviews for a maple one that sounded really nice.

Tipsy! you may notice that unlike some other forums us lot are cheapskates and always look for the best deals, we don't do the my kit cost the most or is better than everyone elses, I have some cracking kit now thanks to these guys here and it didn't cost the earth thanks to places like Fastech and recommendations on here, and don't be put off by clones, if these guys recommend it, it's usualy 100% good, and usually half the price or less, I had a few clone atties I thought were crap at first but it turned out the problem was me not the kit,

You will find as mentioned before over here that the lot on this forum (me included) is always looking for good deals, so you don't have to spend thousands on a decent kit!
