I have been using mine for around a month and in that time it only leaked once, the only reason I can think that caused it must have been the seal between the coil and it's fitting in the atty base, as when I took it apart and found nothing amiss I just tightened it up and it's been fine since.
Since that one time I have laid it on its side numerous times,,plus it's been in daily use. Currently running the Triple coil, and have used the Quad and RBA deck ( which I was not too impressed with as it started giving dry hits at around 48w) unlike the Triple and Quad that were quite happy at 100w ( had to try it just for the hell of it lol)!

The only thing i can see that might be causing it is there is a little kink in the oring on the coil that screws into the base....other than that i aint got a clue

Mine leaked from the base too although I only got it yesterday and was setting it up whilst rewicking a Subtank and mixing some liquid so probably doing too many things at once I was using the stock tri coil and getting hardly any vapour and the base was getting really quite hot at 40 watts and then it leaks so I'm guessing the lack of vapour is due to flooding. Is 40 watts to low for these heads ?

Tried it at 100w last night just for the hell of it on a Snow Wolf, both device and the atty performed flawlessly , the Vape still wasn't too hot either ( I had the air vent open just a touch on the drip tip. Cloud chasers will will be all over this like a rash I guess, only negative I find with the TFV4 is flavour does seem noticeably muted, but maybe just a case of upping the concentrates on a test mix.

Ah thought that might be the case, back in its box then until my DNA200 arrives

Bought one at Prestleigh meet and vaped one tank on the quad coil, no leaks yet. But when I opened the box and took it apart to put the quad in, the bottom o-ring/seal was broken. Have you checked all the o-rings on yours?
Also, it appears to not have an o-ring/seal at the top of the glass? Anyone notice this?

Should be a black o-ring on the top of the chimney part of the tank, the glass should slide over it and seal. I thought there was one missing too to start with, i was expecting a translucent white one mirroring the one in the base section.

It hasn't leaked, so I expect it is there

Perpetua (good morning Mandy) kindly allowed me a toot on hers at the Prestleigh meet, blumming good it was too! Ive put one (or two, that is, in my "must buy" list) Sounds like you have your orings in a twist?

Morning Dave dagl . . . . that was an iSub-G. Glad you liked it though. I was on a bit of mission Saturday night to convert the known vaping world to them. Brilliant tanks I reckon.

Just found this thread my tfv4 mini is leaking from the base taken it apart all seals are in place and look good but its pooring juice from the base after about an hour of being filled i have had 1 mod ruined by leaking hardware dont want to have it happen again il bin it before it wrecks this mod my next attempt will be another coil head im struggling to find anything wrong with it to make it leak so bad its as if the juice is going straight through the coil and out the bottom anybody have anymore clues on where to start looking

I only use the RBA heads (what does RCA stand for) and these have to be wicked absolutely right. On one vid it show just entering the wick into the tops of the "juice" channels, this is a recipe for leaking! Let the wick continue to the bottom of the juice channels and beyond. When fitting the shroud be careful not to trap the wick, if you do, just back off the shroud a little and rock the wick tails from side until free. Then fully tighten the shroud. Bend the ends of the wick horizontally and cut at about 1.5mm from the channels. Gently ease the wick tails back up the channels until just out of sight. Fill the tank to to half way up the RBA and leave to soak for a couple of mins before completely filling. This was discovered by trial and error, I now have no leakage problems or "dry" hits!
