I have probably the most diverse tastes in music ever, it can range from classical to deep dubstep, if a psychologist was to examine my spotify account they would have a field day (read that as I would be sectioned), so, Saturday night, what are you listening to? Me, at the exact moment I am listening to JTQ (James Taylor Quartet) "J.T.Q Theme", now moving on to Jamiroquai "Half The Man" But..... I'm in need of something heavy so off we go to: So, we have a massive age range on these boards, what's your poison, any you tube links would be fantastic, I like to add to my collection

Will reply in more detail tomorrow as bed bound in a mo... ...but for starters my all time fave band is The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Ever since 'Blood, Sugar, sex, Magic' I've been hooked! They were too hardcore/heavy for me before this, but now I could listen allll daaaay loooong! I love some Pearl Jam too, though I find there are only one or 2 on each album I listen to, the rest I just fast forward. Also like a large variety of pop/chart, Irish folk, (some) trance/dance, (less) classical (Try the theme from 'The Last of the Mohicans' - chilling). Adele is currently in my 'most enjoyed' list at the moment. Amazing voice. Anyway - I can hear a voice from the bedroom so I'd best go investigate....laters

Hi, I'm very similar to you global, I have a wide variety of music tastes. However, some of the oldies are just the best ever.
These 2 songs are possibly the greatest covers ever made.
Joe Cocker - with a little help from my friends (woodstock)
and
Jimi Hendrix - All along the watchtower

Alot of heavy metal and rock. Alot of folk and electric folk, Fairport convention, The Levellers, Saw doctors etc. Now and again Shubert's unfinished symphony, which I love.
Atm, I'm listening to 2 bands which I recently came across. Together with lashings of AD/DC and some Nivana/Thunder when I feel like it. Royal Republic and Airbourne.

Quick one to YouTube for you - Try Hard to Concentrate by the Chili's. Clever lyrics! 'Blood, Sugar, sex, Magic' was one of my favourtite albums when I was younger, Epic, life changing album. Now, you have made me move onto Smashing Pumpkins, 'Today' best intro ever: oh and one more before I retire, a bit of radiohead and 'Creep':
